How SheCodes helped Charlotte discover her passion for coding and become a Senior Production Designer
๐โโ๏ธ Before SheCodes
From the vibrant city of Atlanta, Charlotte is a woman of many passions. When she's not creating digital templates or diving into games like Animal Crossing, she's losing herself in the latest TV series. Her previous job as a Senior Implementation Specialist kept her busy. She organized and dispatched digital content, set up client accounts, and trained new team members. However, her passion for coding was always present.ย
Her love for coding started during her MySpace days, customizing her page with different fonts and layouts. But it was a high school coding workshop that really made her fall in love with creating websites.
โOne summer I took a coding workshop in high school where I created a Micheal Jackson website and I knew I had an interest in coding and creating websites from scratch.โ
While working full-time, Charlotte was looking for a flexible way to get back into coding. A friend's mention of SheCodes was the push she needed. After our 60-minute free class, Charlotte was convinced!ย
