Irina's life revolves around various interests and hobbies. When the weather is chilly, she finds joy in baking, knitting, reading, and hosting game nights with friends. But as the sun comes out, you'll find her planting in the garden, cycling around London, or embarking on thrilling road trips across Europe.ย
Before SheCodes, Irina worked in the hospitality industry, serving as a marketing executive for a UK hotel chain. ๐จ However, she found herself looking for something different. Despite her role's excitement, she felt a sense of routine creeping in, and her desire to learn and grow every day was left unfulfilled.
โBeing a hospitality professional was a great experience, helping me become more customer orientated in my business decisions. However, for a while now, something was not right. It felt as I was not really contributing or adding any value to the customers, I was not really building something or seeing the results of my work.โ
Then, the pandemic brought unexpected change. Irina's full-time position in Hospitality was put on hold, granting her time to reevaluate her path. Even though it was challenging, this period allowed her to focus on her true passions and consider new opportunities.
While researching her options, Irina stumbled upon SheCodes. Intrigued by the flexible schedule and supportive community, she knew this was the perfect chance to explore her newfound love for coding.

I didn't even joined the free course - I just knew I wanted to do it so I signed up and took a leap of faith.โ
After totally nailing the SheCodes Plus workshop, she still wanted to learn more! So, without skipping a beat, she jumped right into the SheCodes React workshop, ready for more coding adventures! ๐ป
