Say hello to Camilla! Originally from Brazil 🇧🇷 and now living in Northern Ireland, Camilla enjoys unwinding with true crime podcasts and documentaries 🎧🕵️♀️. They offer her a fascinating escape from her daily routine!
Before SheCodes, Camilla worked as a Customer Service Specialist, where she helped customers with their inquiries, resolved issues, and ensured they had positive experiences. Though she enjoyed her role, Camilla always had a hidden spark for coding.
As a teenager, Camilla unknowingly dabbled in coding through HTML and CSS while customizing her Tumblr blog. However, she was held back by the misconception that coding was math-heavy and feared she might not succeed. But everything changed when she came across a SheCodes ad on TikTok!
The supportive and engaging environment reignited her curiosity and determination to explore the tech world. She signed up for our 60-minute Free Coding Class and knew instantly that SheCodes was the perfect place for her to continue her journey into coding. 😊
