Well suited for beginners! The topics cover a lot of basic knowledges of web development. However, I would expect more examples like different types of website structures, etc. Overall, great job to all SheCodes team!

I'm not really a fan of weather apps after spending months doing one application. It was really difficult to motivate myself to keep going. The React course should have been another example. I don't exactly know how to make anything other than the weather app and a basic website. But I do feel I got a base enough to go to other classes and not be as confused. I would have liked to learn what is possible with other APIs.
I have really enjoyed my learning experience with SheCodes. I loved the React course. The lessons are very well instructed and easy to understand. It is great that you have the opportunity to come back to your educational material whenever you need. I hope to continue my journey and use what I have learned to start working as a front end developer. Thank you guys (@Matt, @Joao, @Lexi) for making this workshop such a nice experience! I would highly recommend this courses to everyone that want to try coding.

I have thoroughly enjoyed doing the 3 week introduction to coding, I feel confident to adjust and upgrade my sites and business with the skills I have learnt. I am dyslexic so thought it maybe to difficult follow and read the code however Matt explained everything clear and concisely so it was fast to pick up and put in to practice. Thank you so much for introducing me to something I think I have fallen for ! The constant support from the team was also wonderful so thank you all!!

It was hard but rewarding. Sometimes the smallest details have stopped me from going forward but the SheCodes team assisted me, clarifying my doubts and allowing me to continue. I now feel much more at ease with the possibility of learning more about programming and it doesn't seem something completely "impossible" as it did before. This is one of the most useful courses I have found online in terms of learning with real software and technology. As React is more advanced than the other modules, this is tough but rewarding
Withouth any doubt, I totally recommend this workshop to everyone! The modules are very well designed and segmented to allow you a smoothly progress. Matt is not only a highly experienced coder, but an excellent teacher that makes complex concepts extremely easy to understand and execute. I loved every challenge even though sometimes I was stuck for a couple of hours trying to figure out how to fix or do something. SheCodes workshop offers an insight into the world of coding, making it both accessible and ENJOYABLE for absolute beginners like me! I was thinking about taking up a course for quite some but I was also very hesitant, thinking I will not manage to complete it without any background programming knowledge. I couldn't be more wrong! Coding with SheCodes was engaging, interesting, colorful and it was fun! I felt motivated at all times and wanted to submit all challenges without fail. I'm submitting my final project now and I'm sad it's already over but I also have no doubt that I can take up higer level courses and I will succeed in these as well. Thank you!
I so please to have done SheCodes, Is really helping me built a stronger career path as a graphic designer. When I started felt like coding was literally a language from another planet, today I not only know that is not! But is a tool that I really enjoyed using.
I always thought of coding as part of an elite, something that was so far outside my grasp. However, it has always been something that has really triggered an interest within me. But my main problem was not knowing how or where to begin, and that's when I came across SheCodes, a course that provides with all the tools and help you need to get started. Without a doubt, I signed up for my first 3 week workshop, and I was not disappointed! I have now changed career course and would love to explore the coding world even more! With the help and support from SheCodes, nothing is outside my grasp. I want to thank the SheCodes team for the support network they have set up for all of their students, and how they have enabled and opened up a world I didn't think "was meant for me".
I really enjoyed this SheCodes workshop, it was challenging and helped me to realise that I'm capable of pushing myself to achieve more than I think, even if it seemed difficult sometimes. The lesson videos were clear and concise. Teaching was very structured, allowing me to practise what I learn through the small challenges and homework so it didn't feel too difficult and gave me confidence one step at a time to progress until the project at the end of the course.

This is one of the most amazing coding courses out there!! I knew the basics about HTML but it was more theoretical than practical. Now I can say I can code a basic landing page. The way Matt set out and designed this course makes it possible for anyone with a computer and a WIFI signal to be able to understand and code within 3 weeks. Highly recommend doing this course!!
I never thought about coding. I thought it was boring and not my kind of thing. Well.. I loved it! It's amazing to build something by yourself, it's amazing to understand what's behind all those letters and numbers. This course is wonderful, you overcome the fear of coding in a very practical and didactic way. The teacher's explanations are excellent and at a pace that neither bores nor loses you. Since it was my first ever coding workshop (I literally didn't have any prior knowledge), I don't know where else to compare to it, but I enjoyed this workshop SO MUCH! I once thought it would have been wonderful if I was explained more (I was sometimes asked to do what the video didn't teach me), but I guess Matt, the instructor, intended to train us in searching/googling skills -because you would not always have someone to help you around and therefore google will be your best friend when coding; I was also able to learn and find A LOT of interesting things by accident when trying out new properties:) Before this workshop, I was just a high school sophomore who liked design and was slightly interested in coding, but now I see a new path and possibility opened to me; my dream job is a frontend developer now! To the most-valuable-3-weeks that has changed my future and life, Thank you!
I started my first SheCodes workshop with absolutely zero coding experience (as in, not even "Hello World"), and always thought programming was only for geniuses. The SheCodes workshop was the first time an instructor (Matt) explained things at my level, and his teaching style allowed me to gradually build an understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Although definitely challenging, I really enjoyed the workshops and am excited for my next coding adventure!

This was a great experience! It was my fisrt time coding and I absolutly loved it!
I think it is important to link with a teacher that teaches at your pace. I have tried a few different programs and didn't understand what I was being taught. However, at SheCodes, I have found that Matt teaches in a way that is simplified and understandable. I have shared this link with 5 friends already who are interested and I say "he teaches to the point, to get this, do this". That is the type of teaching that I learn from. I also found Slack to be useful when I am stuck as other programs do not have that option.
I had a great time doing this program. It has helped me start building a foundation in coding and get a sense of how it is to use real developer tools. I enjoyed doing the challenges, and they helped me feel I was progressing.
It is an amazing course. I could learn easily. Matt's lessons are authentic and easy to understand. The community is really helpful. Whenever I needed help somebody in the community helped me. This course drag me to a new perspective of what is programming. I thought it was difficult, but it isn't. Now I want to learn more.

If you are looking to venture into the world of coding, this is a highly recommended workshop. Over three weeks you learn a tremendous amount of information about HTML, CSS, and Javascript. The SheCodes platform was user-friendly and it created a great learning environment that challenged me to get out of my comfort zone. An added bonus, is being in a community of like-minded individuals which was supportive and uplifting. The instructor and staff are knowledgeable and are quick to provide assistance when you are stuck. Overall, it was a great experience!

I absolutely loved the SheCodes 3 week Workshops! I became interested in coding about a month ago and wanted to take a course to see if it was something I wanted to pursue further. I took SheCodes' free coding class and thought I would try the 3 week coding workshops. The workshops explained all the concepts really well and started from scratch. This really allowed me to start building my knowledge from day 1 and the best part was that it was really easy for me to fit it around my work schedule! I didn't think I would be able to create a landing page from scratch but I have and I'm so proud of myself. The workshops have given me the confidence to keep coding and keep learning. If you are thinking about going into tech and want to try your hand at coding, take the plunge and do the 3 week SheCodes workshops. I promise you won't regret it!
