JavaScript is a difficult concept to wrap my brain around. I will require much more practice before I understand the fundamentals. Hopefully I will achieve this through SheCodes.

I had so much fun! It was so awesome to be be able to learn at my own pace, and the option to ask for an extension when i needed one was so helpful. The learning material was easy to understand, and slack helped me feel like i wasn't alone throughout. i really enjoyed myself.

I completed the SheCodes Basics class and had a week to work on the add-on, despite my busy schedule. The team was very supportive, allowing me to continue learning when I was ready. Matt made each phase easy to understand, with short lessons followed by tasks to apply what I learned, which helped prevent me from feeling overwhelmed. Iβm really grateful I can learn at my own pace! The sessions and workshops were also a lot of fun, and Matt provided plenty of encouragement, which made me feel comfortable. Thank you, SheCodes! I really enjoyed the Plus AI Workshop! It was extremely fun working on the final project and learning how to integrate AI on a webpage and having freedom over the design and topic.
The lessons were super clear, the project was fun, and the community was so supportive. It was definitely challenging as a beginner, but it pushed me to learn so much!

Grid displays can be used to make websites aesthetically pleasing and this module teaches how to use them to create create beautiful websites. A fun and quick add-on to the responsive design module.
A good mixture of fun and challenging. I had a lot of fun learning advanced level python. The information learned helped in improving a personal coding project I'm working on.

Certainly more challenging than the basics, enjoyed creating a functional weather app, and I'm proud to share my creation with others! It was so much fun learning about AI and how to use AI in projects using API integration. Matt Delac made the lessons very easy to understand and I was able to efficiently utilize every skill he taught to create the AI generator application! This was amazing, I would definitely recommend the AI add-on workshop
This SheCodes Plus workshop gave me more knowledge in HTML,CSS and especially in JS. This help me build a fully function weather app which amaze me because I have never thought in the past that I would be able to create one. But now it makes me really happy and encourage me to learn more about coding in the future. Thank You SheCodes!

I took the SheCodes Python Basics workshop to get a structured introduction to Python. The course covers fundamental concepts in a clear and accessible way, but I often felt that some explanations were too surface-level. In several cases, I had to look up additional resources to fully understand certain topics. While it's a decent starting point for beginners, I think some concepts could be explained in more depth to make the learning process smoother.

Learned a lot and had fun while learning
During the course, I am seeing my progress grow as I take in new knowledge and techniques to build working applications. The little steps up towards the platform to receive my certificate comes near through each project I complete. The challenges and solutions give me new insights on how to turn a skeleton idea of a website into a functional one, but without some experimenting and tweaking in the process. It took a few trials and errors before I reach a stage in which I'm satisfied but it is all worthwhile.
Another great course from SheCodes that I really enjoyed building, getting more confident with JS functions now and having fun styling my project with advanced CSS.

Before SheCodes Responsive, I struggled to create websites that looked good on different devices. The course was incredibly helpful in teaching me the fundamentals of responsive design, including using CSS media queries and flexbox. I now feel confident in creating websites that are accessible and user-friendly on all screen sizes. I highly recommend SheCodes Responsive to anyone looking to improve their web development skills.
This was a fun little add-on, that built on and further advanced existing CSS, JavaScript and API skills we've learnt previously. I have been using the joke generator every morning in my team stand-ups!

SheCodes has been an amazing learning platform. You're allowed to work at your own pace most especially if you're already in a full time position and are trying to pivot. Deadlines are there to guide you and stay on track and the lessons are fun to learn and isn't like the boring lessons we'd have in varsity π. It really has been a journey but one that I don't regret!

Super fun to learn how to use AI
SheCodes Advanced Python workshop was a great follow on from the basics workshop! Matt's video tutorials were clear and easily digestible so following along and completing challenges were simple and fun to do. Throughout this course, I was given plenty of opportunities to practise coding with Python and the final project was exciting to see a real-life example of what I had learnt in action.
I had a lot of fun building this poem generator app. It turned out awesome and it was easy to build with the help of the instructor. I'm looking forward to the next workshop.

I've been wanting to try coding for the longest time but worried that I wouldn't be able to learn something new at this stage of my life. The instruction over the last 3 weeks has been interesting and engaging, and the challenges stimulated me to think in ways that were fun. Really fun and enjoyable workshop! Matt explains the concepts clearly so even though there is a step up in level from the previous workshops you do not feel as though it is too much too fast as it is done in a considered way, incrementally and just the right speed. I especially enjoyed learning about Git and deployment, the whole workflow element was really helpful to understand the end to end process involved in creating an app.
I really enjoyed this workshop, because it was such a good mix of new and "old" knowledge. So fun to learn how to make a weather app with a working forecast and realise it is doable :D
