The fact that the end project is a real portfolio website is great. I finally have a place to display my work and projects properly. I think that Bootstrap was explained well. I can see the progress I've made from the Basics final project to the Responsive final project.

Learning React and building a weather application was a long and complex process that required significant effort and support. I learnt a lot of new techniques in CSS (e.g. how to declare a variable in css to use in multiple pages) and html - how to build multiple page websites and navigate different sections using links. The most interesting aspect of this workshop was learning how to make websites responsive (across different platforms) and making it search engine optimization (SEO) friendly on google. The Responsive lesson is the valuable lesson I've been waiting for; it teaches you to code websites that work for computer screens AND mobile devices. For the final project, we were to create a portfolio website. The site I created accomplishes the goals of the workshop and a little more, but I hope to use it to recreate my personal website instead of the site I have hosted on a web builder right now. I took inspiration from the teacher, my existing site, and other open-sourced projects from other students to create my project.

Learning is getting more intensive and more difficult, but I am still having fun and enjoy the challenges. Making a responsive website using HTML, CSS, Flexbox and Bootstrap about yourself is a bonus and I am proud of the result.
I'm thrilled to have gained invaluable insights from this experience! I learned about bootstrap and discovered how it simplifies the web development process. I learned how to craft responsive websites that look stunning on any device and I gained a solid understanding of SEO principles to improve my website's visibility. The entire learning journey was engaging and enjoyable. I'm eager to continue exploring and improving my skills. :)
During this project, I enhanced my understanding of responsive design, semantic HTML, and dynamic styling with CSS. I also successfully incorporated interactive features, such as embedded Google Maps and structured image galleries. This experience taught me how to create a user-friendly and responsive website without relying on frameworks like Bootstrap.
