I had joined the She Codes workshop earlier this year and it has been a total eye-opener. The experience has been inspiring in the sense that i was able to learn and challenge myself and what i thought were my limitations. Despite my initial apprehensions, what started of as curiosity and an attempt to get out my comfort zone ,is proving to be a journey of personal growth and purpose. There were times i felt intimidated and way over my head ,but because of the way the lessons were structured i was able to understand , whilst having zero prior experience or knowledge in coding. I can't say enough good things about my journey with SheCodes learning React. Matt's teaching style made everything click for me; his explanations were clear and easy to follow. It was quite challenging, had to stop and start multiple times because I would have to debug often(My fault because I forget to put semi-colons on my JavaScript).
