This workshop was more challenging than Basics but the support available to get me over the challenges kept me going and I am looking forward to the React course.
It was a bit harder than the basics workshop, very dynamic but still very fun. Seeing the results of your own definately motivates for the further journey, especially in such a company!
It was a very useful course for me as a beginner. Matt is a great teacher. The course is well organized. You can study at your own pace. Doing assignments and homework was a lot of fun. I'm ready for more advanced SheCodes seminars.
I really enjoyed my time learning through SheCodes. The course is accessible for beginners and you can easily get some help through the community. I highly recommend this course :).
I loved going through this journey with SheCodes. I went literally from zero knowledge of web development to being able to build my own apps. SheCodes Plus was a really great follow up to SheCodes Basic. I had a lot of fun building my weather app, and while it was not easy, it was VERY doable with Matt’s instruction. I have always been technologically inclined, so I've always wanted to get into coding and understanding the language of technology. However, I didn't know how to get started in this field! Nice course intro to HTML, CSS and JS. Matt explains things clearly so it's easy to understand, as well as teaching you good coding practices such as why you structure your code a particular way or when to use a certain technique. Would definitely recommend to others 👍

This second course was definitely a challenge. I believe that to be successful, a student needs to get additional knowledge outside of the SheCodes course for assistance. There are some parts in the coding journey that can be confusing. That being said, I do recommend this course because it demands great dedication and demonstrates how coding is powerful. I love the training structure with its videos & challenges as well as the SheCodes team via Slack. The teachers are always available and answer questions very quickly.

I learned so much in the SheCodes React workshop! The assignments were scaffolded well and provided me with the knowledge to build both the weather and dictionary final projects. Even though I ran into challenges along the way, the Slack support and community was a great resource and helped me to persevere til the end. I wish there were more workshops! The layout of the workshop makes coding doable and is not overwhelming, Matt's lessons are easy to follow, and I am motivated to keep learning!
The SheCodes program served as the introductory guidance that I needed to help me execute my desire of working within the technological arena. I've always wanted to do SheCodes since I was younger. Now that I am older I've been blessed in so many different ways this year where I was finally able to start learning skills I needed in order to live out my goals one step at a time. She codes so far have been a journey for me but I know no one will regret it!
I've greatly enjoyed my time with SheCodes! I've learned so very much AND I've already started getting interviews for full time developer jobs! I finally got comfortable with Javascript. Matt teaches it in a way that someone who has to relearn things a few times can understand the concept.
I just finished the SheCodes Basic course. I am delighted. This is a completely new job for me. It was very interesting to observe how code editor magically turns the numbers into images and actions in the browser. I want to study further. Perhaps these courses will open a new page in my life.

This was an excellent course to learn how to make your websites responsive on all devices. It also gave a great glimpse into using figma, SEO, flexbox, variables, and using multiple html pages. You also get to build your very own online portfolio to showcase your coding projects to potential employers. Great info and putting our skills in practical practice.
