The video-material was good as always, but personally it was really difficult for me. I would still recommend it, if you really enjoy some challenges!

The SheCodes Basics Add-on took my coding journey to the next level! I had the chance to work on a fun and interactive project showcasing the beauty of Mossel Bay, and the best part was implementing features that I never thought I could handle. One of the coolest experiences was the button that changes the theme of the page. It made coding feel practical, creative, and exciting! This project really solidified my understanding of CSS and JavaScript and brought my web page to life.
I enjoyed learning more about coding.

This add-on project was another fun and informative couple of weeks. I've been struggling to understand javascript completely, but using this language to work with time seemed to unlock the answers I was looking for. What a fun project! Creating a travel site using only HTML and CSS, while still making it responsive may not have been easy, but was a wonderful experience. All the instructions on how to go about building the weather app were easy to follow - and I can already see the ways I could use everything I've learnt to build things that will be helpful in my job! A great real world project, well taught.
At first , I thought Coding was like rocket science and also not for women but when I started this training i went from zero to hero in just few weeks,the instructor made everything look easier and engaging. This coding training is a life changer and am proud to be a part of this Community.

React is interesting
Python Advanced with SheCodes helped demonstrate how python is used, learning about Data Extration from CSV files and how to display data into graphs for amazing Data visualization. I love when you can take data and are able to understand and interperolate the data into context anyone can learn from. I am very interested in taking Python further and studying into Data Sciences.

I am enjoying this journey and getting comfortable with styling projects, playing around with other properties, and learning about different platforms where I can find tools to help build my projects. It is time-consuming but worth it.
I have learned to master HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, as well as key tools such as VSCode, Git, GitHub and how to host projects on the web. At first, JavaScript seemed like an alien language to me, but thanks to clear explanations and practical projects, I can now understand and apply key concepts like APIs and Git. What has impacted me the most has been discovering the potential of advanced JavaScript, which has allowed me to create more sophisticated and functional interactions.

Like always, SheCodes workshops strike the perfect balance between challenge and learning. The projects are always very fun to work on, and with the lessons of Matt, every step feels achievable and rewarding.
While the course was very easy to follow, I don't think it's worth what I paid. I still recommend the basics coding course, but not sure I would recommend this one.
The AI-add-on course was transformative, offering practical and hands-on experience. It made AI integration easy to understand and apply, giving me the confidence to enhance my projects with AI.
All I can say is these workshops are the best, I've learned a lot the courses were absolutely useful. I fell in love with how fun every workshop here is.
SheCodes Responsive Course was a turning point for me. The lessons were clear and practical, making web development easy to understand. Building responsive websites boosted my confidence and kept me motivated. This course equipped me with the skills to keep growing as a developer.

I found the videos clear and easy to follow. I felt the design of the lessons was great for teaching you each piece, but also starting over to really solidify how all the pieces fit together. If you get stuck or are just looking to clarify anything, asking a question in Slack is easy and the responses are timely. The Weather App project was fun and depending on your comfort level, you are given the choice to simply show the current weather or make it more complex by also showing the forecast.
React is no joke but i managed lol. Loved every bit of it.
This AI workshop was very interesting and fun to learn! The power of AI APIs, JS, CSS and HTML all together is incredible. Building the poem generator and actually seeing the outcome of a poem be produced was very impressive! I definitely recommend this workshop! On to the next one :D

Like all other projects, this one challenged me, but I’m excited to share my experience creating a weather app that delivers real-time data with an intuitive search engine. Through this project, I learnt valuable skills in API integration, dynamic HTML manipulation, and user interface design. It also enhanced my JavaScript skills and taught me the importance of user experience in application development. I’m proud of the outcome and look forward to adding more features in the future!

The Next course was very interesting, because I got "stuck" on my portfolio website for the greater part of the week. Yes, that might have been a strange focus, but I am so proud of starting fresh with my website, attempting and achieving to learn new parts that came up later actually. My multipage React App, incorporating React routing, cards etc, is fully based on the basics learned here that gave me the confidence to venture out and believe more in me. I now feel ready to take on the "real world". Thank you!
