I have really enjoyed this course, I feel as though I have learned a lot - when I have a bit more money I would love to do the SheCodes Max course as I would love to change careers.
Once again I have learnt so much in such little time! I've been able to create something so much more detailed and advanced in the space of only 2 days with the add-on course. excited to progress further!

wow, it was my first time coding and with Matt as my teacher it was a walk in a park. Challenges were there but getting help from other mates really simplified things, I would highly recommend this workshops! SheCodes is the Best...
I really found the SheCodes basic to be a really great introductory course to coding. It was a good combination of fun and interesting. It was quite challenging but not in a way that was too difficult because there is lots of support on offer. I really learnt a lot from the course and it has inspired me to continue on doing coding. I plan to sign up to one of the more advanced courses in the future.
I had a lot of fun working on my portfolio.

What a great course, I enjoyed it so much. I had never coded before, but Matt's lessons are clear and his examples are easy to understand. I feel like I've made progress! It's great to be able to go back and watch the video tutorials over and over, and I loved being able to complete the lessons and homework in my own time. I would highly recommend the course and I'm looking forward to learning more in SheCodes Plus.

This was really fun! It was great to learn how to make a website responsive with CSS. This course helped me to become more confident with my HTML and CSS skills and taught me new coding concepts. I really enjoyed the final project and I am excited to add it to my portfolio!

I came across the SheCodes Course through my University (NovaSBE). Before that i had some brief lessons from my front-end colleague in my lunch break. Now with the course i can put the things i have learned previously together. I really enjoyed the course and most likely will continue to learn coding! I am having a lot of fun creating websites myself and will most likely be happy to use most of the content i have gained in my current job as an E-commerce manager as well (I am taking care of the Website development through Shopify). The tutorials in this workshop were very helpful especially the videos on API's and CSS positioning.

SheCodes Basics was a great introduction to coding for me. The homework and final project kept me accountable. In addition to the lessons, there were plenty of resources to help me with my work. The Slack chat and Athena AI helped me immensely to figure out and fix problems with my code. I also really appreciated all the design resources provided, which helped me put together my final project.
Matt goes over a lot of information quickly yet effectively! You can definitely spend way more time then the minimum of 5 hours a week. It depends on how quick you work through the challenges. I'm enjoying the courses and I'm excited for the SheCodes Plus workshop!

It's amazing how much you can learn in such a short amount of time! The layout of the lessons were perfect for me as I struggle to pay attention for long periods of time when learning, so the short chunks were easily digestible and it didn't feel too overwhelming. Just because it has 'basic' in the name doesn't mean it's easy! There were definitely a couple of moments where my brain was frazzled but I found it so enjoyable overall.
I started SheCode Plus with some apprehension because I knew it covered advanced content, but I loved every part of the journey. The classes are short, not tiring, and what I liked the most is that sometimes the code doesn't work for some reason, and they don't hide it during the classes. Instead, they show those moments and teach us how to identify and solve the errors. I definitely recommend the course because today I can say that I know much more about programming and I learned in a short amount of time.
I've been having so much fun with this workshop!! It can be overwhelming when you're a complete coding newbie but with hard work and a lot of patience we'll get there!!
I wanted to learn how to code just to give me more skillset as a UX designer. I've tried learning on my own and that didn't work, due to just all the information out there without guidance on where to start. I came across SheCodes and I am so glad that I did because it truly is amazing with teaching the basics of coding. Not only is it enjoyable, but it is in a way that is really easy to understand and it has sparked my interest to continue to practice my new skillset!

First and foremost, the course content was exceptionally well-designed and thoughtfully curated. Each module seamlessly built upon the previous one, allowing me to progressively develop my coding expertise. You have a chat group with other students, and the instructors demonstrated a remarkable ability to break down complex concepts into easily digestible chunks, making even the most intricate programming principles comprehensible. It inspired me to push my boundaries and explore new possibilities and coding with enjoyment.

SheCodes Plus workshop was fantastic! Not only did I learn a lot, but now I also have my own weather app that suits my own needs and that I can tweak as needed :) It wasn't easy, but the final result and the sense of accomplishment were worth it!
