SheCodes Basics was perfect for a complete beginner like me! The lessons were interesting and easy to follow, and the challenges were consistent and brilliant for testing my knowledge. It was so rewarding to put my new knowledge to use and create my own landing page!
SheCodes Next was extremely helpful in providing information on what to do after completing all of the previous SheCodes workshops. Matt provided great insights on how to improve your chances at landing a job in tech or any industry. These include updating LinkedIn profiles, resumes, networking and more. I enjoyed my time learning from Matt and the team at SheCodes, and highly recommend their workshops for those wanting to journey into web development or coding in general.
Shecodes is by far the best workshop I have been a part of. It's not just a basic workshop, they initiate interaction with other students which is very helpful. It is also very flexible, I am a college student therefore have a tight schedule but I was able to finish shecodes smoothly. I am genuinely grateful to be a part of this.
The workshop covered a wide range of coding concepts, from the fundamentals to more advanced topics. I appreciated the hands-on approach taken during the sessions, allowing us to immediately apply what we had learned. I have learned a lot! I gained a valuable experience. I have learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and JS. We did three small home works and a final web page. In my final work, I have applied gained knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS. My web page is far from perfect, but so far it looks good. I enjoyed the whole process here and want to continue studying.

Before starting React, I thought I would face a very challenging coding journey and complicated codes. While learning it with Matt, I found it very enjoyable. Each part is explained in the most simple way so that you can grasp the point immediately. Different parts are connected to each other, so this helps us to practice the previous ones as we go forward. Truly appreciate Shecodes for such an amazing course.
She Codes PLUS was so challenging yet, so rewarding. What a great way to learn, be creative and deep diving into the foundational heart of UI coding. I enjoyed this course more than the BASICS as there was so much learnt. JS was so difficult, but never gave up and seeing my project live is a personal accomplishment and I have so much gratitude for this course. I can't wait to jump onto the next. But this was amazing. I absolutely love SheCodes! While my time completing SheCodes "Plus" was indeed very challenging, I don't regret my decision joining this workshop. I don't know if I'll upgrade my learning to SheCodes "Pro" or "Max". But, I will definitely go back and review all of my material (from Basics and Plus) and redo all of my challenges to get a better understanding of everything I learned.
I loved this course so much, and now have another functioning page to show to my own computer science students. I will definitely be adding this add-on project to my personal portfolio!

I was afraid to start because I had tried to learn coding before and it was difficult, but this workshop taught me how easy it is, I had fun doing the challenges and homeworks. It was very easy to follow and stay on schedule.
This was a great challenge for me but building a responsive website from scratch was very satisfying. The lessons were clear and i really enjoyed the design aspect of this workshop.
when I started on SheCodes, I was very nervous and scared but after I started learning and doing the challenges, I became very excited about the whole process because Matt made learning fun and, easy to understand. I am positive now that this is what I was made to do.
I consider myself an Excel geek. As an accountant, I use MS Excel on a daily basis, and time and time again, I am amazed by its powerful capabilities. I recently began exploring Excel's VBA, which led me to come across an article about coding, then eventually to SheCodes. Although I know that VBA and coding are far from being similar, attending the free session hosted by Matt further fueled my interest. And now, just after a couple of weeks, I completed the basic coding program and enjoyed every bit of it. Learning coding is something I will never regret, and I wish I had embarked on it sooner. I am looking forward to diving deeper into it in the weeks to come. I thank Matt and the SheCodes Team for imparting their knowledge.

This has been a great experience and I recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning something new but doesn't want to be overwhelmed. It's very well explained and very beginner friendly, other courses I've tried focus too much on theory and use too much technical jargon too soon. This is so well paced, you start coding on day 1 and you will surprise yourself at how well you grasp it so early on.

I enjoyed the course so much! All the classes were straight to the point and always proposing a practical exercise for everything we learned. Not everything was easy, but I honestly had a lot of fun and I am very happy with everything I learned. The support on Slack was also great, I could find help for most of the moments I got stuck and managed to fix any troubles. I also really enjoyed how the courses motivates us to find our own solutions and explore different options instead of just focusing on a single alternative for everything.
What a great start to my coding adventure! The workshop is divided into short units so it's not overwhelming for an absolute beginner like me. Matt is a great teacher and makes everything clear and understandable.

React is definitely challenging. The more you do it, it starts to make more sense but I felt that you really need to have a good understanding of JS alone before trying to tackle React. I felt very confused throughout a lot of this workshop but still gained a lot of knowledge from it.

I am extremely grateful for all of the knowledge I have absorbed the last couple of months, thanks to SheCodes and Matt Delac. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about coding, to knowing how to build an entire website, and have had so much fun while learning. I have one workshop left to finish along with a couple projects, and am eager to see what more I can do and continue to learn. I really enjoyed doing this workshop for the past two weeks. It was great to learn more about javascript and timezones. Even though the project seemed simple but it was quite complex. In my opinion, the world clock project is precious to include in other more extensive projects.
Fantastic introduction to the world of coding. The tutorial videos are great to review, and it's good to see proposed solutions to compare different routes to the same end result.
Comfortable platform, clear short lessons. I like the way the course is divided into meaning blocks and the lessons are recorded in advance. At the end of each lesson there is a challenge to check the student's understanding of the material. In my opinion, pre-recording is a very handy thing, because you can stop the video at any moment and repeat the unclear material. Join SheCodes!
