Learning React was by far my most challenging learning curve. I am grateful I got to learn React through SheCodes because Matt Delac made it much easier to understand and I definitely think it would have taken me longer to learn without this React workshop. Learning React was a lot more difficult than expected. Matthew does explain that it is difficult but he moves too fast through out the React lessons anyways. I would like to add that I think the React lessons need a desperate update. The Node.js NMP download, has a lot of hurdles. I could not get VS code to work under NMP but Matthew uses Yarn. I decided after almost 3 weeks of failure, trying to use NMP in VS code to stop, restart and use Yarn and it finally worked. I did go to Slack for help but their solutions did not work for me, neither did Athena. Overall the React lessons were discouraging and I don't think I learned anything this time around.

SheCodes Advanced Python workshop was a great follow on from the basics workshop! Really fun and enjoyable workshop! Matt explains the concepts clearly so even though there is a step up in level from the previous workshops you do not feel as though it is too much too fast as it is done in a considered way, incrementally and just the right speed. I especially enjoyed learning about Git and deployment, the whole workflow element was really helpful to understand the end to end process involved in creating an app.

I find the explanation videos very helpful, it's a very hands-on approach. I also like that Matt shows us alternatives in some cases when things can be solved in another way. I also like that the workshop challenges you to try solving a task or problem by yourself first, before showing you the solution. That encourages you to think out of the box or try new things.

I am excited to share that have completed the Shecode plus, where I explored how to use APIs, mastered advanced Javascript concepts, and worked with modern coding tools to develop dynamic data driven websites..Thanks to my instructor Matthieu Delac! and the entire Shecode Team. Grateful for this learning experience and i am excited for whats next!

I absolutely love being apart of SheCodes! I love that it's flexible so if you lead a busy life you are still able to take a few hours to learn a new skill. The team at SheCodes are also very helpful, and Matt made learn super easy! If you are thinking of joining please do, you will not regret it!
For years this has been an esoteric subject. Now opened out by Matt's clear thinking teaching skills, as well as the patience and knowledge of the technical team who are also teachers.
I never thought I could learn how to make a sophisticated app, thanks to Matt and the SheCodes team. Along the way, it gets complicated, at least for me, but Matt is a great instructor and shows solutions with every challenge encountered.
Glad to have completed the SheCodes Responsive Workshop, which gave me a solid foundation in creating websites that look great on any device. The hands-on projects and real-world examples helped me understand and apply key concepts. Creating my own portfolio for this project was quite fun. I improved my skills in Bootstrap, SEO, and advanced CSS, enhancing my ability to build responsive web designs. I now feel confident in creating dynamic websites and am eager to keep learning and growing in this field. Thanks to the SheCodes and my instructor Matt Delac team for this great experience!
Learning AI has been an amazing experience. the lesson are interesting and you can move at a pace that it is never boring or overwhelming. thanks to are super instructor Matt for impacting me with the skills and knowledge to be more confident in myself.
