I had so much fun with SheCodes basic, defintely some challenges here and there but the team was great and very helpful all the way, i had great experence literally with everything even this is my first time learning coding, such a great space to start.
Definitely a lot to take in with React and building the dictionary app, I was able to follow along for the majority of each lesson, but there were some parts that I still found confusing. Which I ended up taking time of my own to look up to try and gain a better understanding.
Taking on this course has been incredibly rewarding! ❤️ The classes were clear, engaging, and fun. I’m thrilled to put all the coding skills I've learned to the test and embark on new coding adventures.

Nowadays, React is one of the most useful and efficient libraries for building user interfaces. Unfortunately, the course was recorded a few years ago and hasn't been updated since, making it difficult to follow the steps and submit homework without asking questions on Slack about how to fix various problems.
SheCodes has made coding incredibly accessible, especially for someone just starting out like me. Just when I thought my fascination with coding couldn’t grow any deeper, my tutor Matt took it to the next level. Though there’s still much for me to learn, I’m super confident that SheCodes will guide me every step of the way.
This three weeks have taught me a lot about patients and attention to detail coding is very interesting to me i have enjoyed every moment of these lessons. Matt has made everything so clear to understand even the JavaScript was easy to follow which i was dreading as i didn't think i would be able to understand. Having homework and deadlines has really helped me stay on track. I only go up from here excited to be on my coding journey see you in the next chapter :)

when i started with the course i thought i couldn't handle the pressure and the workload but i made it to the end .
This course was a little bit harder than the others. But I persisted and so happy I accomplished learning a new skill. Family responsibilities pushed back my learning timeline but because the videos were saved, I was able to rewatch as many times as I want to make the information stick. I learned that consistency and practice will make you a better coder.
It's challenging but great! I have learnt so much!

I've had so much fun with SheCodes Responsive! This was part of the course that I thought felt miles away in terms of getting to the point where I am able to build a multi-page website, make it responsive and become confident with being more creative with the build itself with the help of Matt guiding me through each step so clearly as usual. The tutorials made the process a lot less daunting and now I feel much more confident to approach more project building both within the remainder of the course and outside of it - amazing!
Highly recommend this workshop to any that wants to further their skills in frontend development. The videos provided clear instructions and explanations, which helped me understand how to work with APIs.

I went from knowing nothing about coding to basic knowledge in a few weeks. This program is easy to follow because the lessons are short and concise and you immediately have to put the concepts to use in a lesson challenge. Help and support from other students and instructors is easily available when needed which is comforting because I could see when I wasn't the only one struggling with a concept. I also like how the creator of SheCodes, Matt, teaches the lessons because you can feel his passion for coding. Honestly, I find coding to be challenging but I love it because of euphoria felt when your code works! I am excited to continue learning and cannot wait to see where this new skill will take me!

I loved the Learn to Code Basics course! The pace was perfect for me—I could watch the videos and practice on my own without feeling stressed about timelines. Over the 3 weeks, my knowledge built up gradually, and I felt more confident with each lesson. They have so many great resources available, and it was fun! So much so that I've signed up for She Codes Plus! I'm a Product Manager and was taking this course to increase my technical knowledge but I'm hooked now and want to learn more!

My SheCodes journey has come to an end. Granted, this was one of the greatest courses I have ever attended. Grateful to Matt Delac and the SheCodes team for their unwavering support. The journey with SheCodes had bumpy areas but that was because you needed to think outside the box. I highly recommend this foundation and would rate it 10/10 any day.
Lessons are easy to catch up. I like the challenge part which help me to learn syntax from different website where I come across many other tags which are not covered in the lessons.

Learning Python with Shecodes has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Initially, I was quite apprehensive about diving into Python. But Matt has a remarkable ability to break down complex concepts into simple, manageable pieces, which has greatly enhanced my understanding. I really enjoyed working through the basics add-on. It really is an add-on to everything we learnt in the basics workshop. Fun to pick up/learn, however the process was slightly challenging (in a good way!)
