Great course on how to make your websites responsive
Great and interesting work this time, really feel like my work is becoming more like a "proper" site.
SheCodes is amazing!!! Previously, I've been enrolled on few coding platforms in a bid to learn software development. One major challenge I had was understanding the reason why some codes are written in a certain way. Getting started on SheCodes, I've had the best learning experience so far. I can't only write codes, I understand and have an explanation to each line of codes and function. Super excited to start the next phase of my learning and I look forward to completing SheCodes Pro.

The ability to make something exactly how I envision in real time, is a artistic experience everyone should see for themselves. Truly a wonderful couple of weeks and I look forward to gaining more coding knowledge in the future.

If you want to learn how to code you need to practice. SheCodes is the perfect platform for that. You have projects for each lesson, it's a challenging subject but you have a lot of fun studying it.
Just finished 8 weeks of my SheCodes Plus workshop! I loved every minute of it, all the material is passed by Matt in a super accesible way that a total non tech person like myself can actually perfectly understand. Would absolutely reccomend this course to anyone who wants to learn coding and i can t wait to start my next course! Also i am sooo proud of my beautiful weather app! 🥰 and actually can not quite believe i ve built something this complicated

Definitely an excellent workshop! I'm a nurse, I didn't know anything about HTML, CSS or JavaScript, but with this course I always wanted to learn more and more. I really liked that in almost every learning moment there was a challenge to apply what we had learned!
I really enjoyed the structure of this workshop - having challenges to complete after watching Matt explain each concept really helped to solidify them in my mind. The homework was also really fun to work through. I'm looking forward to moving on to SheCodes Plus!
SheCodes was such a good find! I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I have no previous experience in coding, but the videos were very clear and simple to understand, could watch at my own pace. Matt was incredible, he has so much knowledge to give and makes his videos interesting. It's amazing to see the lessons come alive with your own solutions. The course is very well organised. My weather app was growing bigger and bigger week by week so at the end I just needed to improve it, add some finishing touches and...there it was :) I love the idea of having possibility to reach for help whenever we get stuck. Thank you SheCodes ❤
As I am currently in between jobs and trying to figure out what my next steps will be, I started this workshop to learn a new skill set. Honestly, I am surprised how easy this was. I really enjoyed learning the basics of coding. Chopping up all the steps in small challenges really helped me understand what it takes to build a website. I kinda feel hooked and want to learn more! So, this is only the beginning! A big thank you to Matt and the whole team of SheCodes for making me realize I can do this🥰

Another course down and one step closer to working with something I really enjoy. All the SheCode workshops so far have been great at making me feel like I'm really learning something useful and that you can always pick up a new skill. I have met great people through some of the work I have produced during the workshops and can't wait to continue expanding my knowledge.
Very happy that I did this course. A greatly applicable course and it's all up to you when it comes to how many hours you want to spend on it, apart from the minimum that it will take to do the assignments.

SheCodes Plus was definitely more challenging than the Basics course, but it gave me a deeper understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript along with a taste of a few other technologies. It reassured me that complex code can indeed be written in stages, and I am intrigued to learn more! Looking forward to the SheCodes Responsive course next.

A great introductory course to coding languages. Matt was able to explain concepts in a straightforward manner that was easy to understand. Prior to SheCodes I had zero working knowledge of code. This workshop made learning the fundamentals of code interesting and fun. As someone that works full time, the structure of this workshop made learning code very digestible. I look forward to expanding my knowledge of code with SheCodes.

I have always wanted to learn to code; at least basics. Before applying to SheCodes, I have tried couple other platforms but I used to get boring and gave up right after the first lesson.I was thinking that I will never be able to learn it. However, SheCodes workshops changed my whole perception. I loved it. Mat is a great teacher and he explains everything so clearly. The lessons are not overwhelming like others. The tasks are interesting and fun. The team is very supportive. I have enjoyed every single minute of passed three weeks. When I look at my codes, I feel so proud of how much I managed to learn. Thank you SheCodes, thank you Mat!!!
SheCodes Basics was a great introduction to coding for someone like me who had absolutely no knowledge of it beforehand. Matt made it very fun to learn, and I hope to continue learning.
SheCodes helped me learn about the basics of coding. I took the 3-weeks course and they teach you everything step by step making it more comprehensible for everyone especially to people who don't have much clue on how to code. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to learn and develop this skill.
5/5 - I would highly recommend! The course itself was designed in a way to incorporate instructional content with challenges that make sure you are grasping concepts as you learn. I feel that the challenges and assignments were well thought out and really encapsulated all aspects of what we were taught. Coming from a minimal tech background, I felt this course was easy to follow and the support from SheCodes staff was great. SheCodes has created a community that makes you feel like you're not in this alone.
I am so excited to continue learning. Matt is a fantastic instructor and provide us with the groundwork necessary to begin coding.

One morning I was scrolling through Instagram and randomly came across a free 60-minutes coding course from SheCodes. I usually don't bother about these things, but I just decided to go through it. This is my 3rd SheCodes course. I think that speaks for itself in that I continue to come back to learn with this method. I have learned so much in the past few months from these courses and it's hard to believe I only have one left! I'll be sad to go but I will be a proud SheCodes Pro graduate!
The JavaScript was definitely challenging, but help was always available on Slack (shoutout to Bruno and João) ☺️. I'm proud of my final project with real data! I have a much better understanding of HTML, CSS and Bootstrap. Looking forward to learning more about JS in the responsive and react workshops.
My third SheCodes workshop and though it is getting more challenging, everything is making more sense! Happy to be able to do more projects and working on them throughout the weeks to see the end results. Very rewarding.
This was a challenging course but in the end I feel I am a better coder! It was fun learning the different javascript functions and watching the app come to life because of it.
This workshop teaches complex techniques using react. At times it was difficult, however, using react turned out to be more fun and better for me than using pure JS. React also built more good habits since it's stricter as well. So even though learning it was a little frustrating at first, it soon become rewarding and worthwhile.

Very happy to have started this course. Very informative and well explained.
SheCodes introduced a world of the CSS, HTML and JavaScript to me, and the main thing - how all of them are connected and synchronized. With tiny steps we learned all those scary-complicated processes and functions, by the end you feell yourself empowered and inspired. Honestly - it was not that easy for me to integrate all the tasks into my full-time job + other course daily routine, but with the help of extentions the journey finished successfully.
SheCodes Basics is an excellent course! Matt's course design is brilliant. He provides information bit by bit with relevant and engaging challenges throughout, so learners can apply the new concepts. I really enjoyed this course and am looking forward to SheCodes+!

Signing up for SheCodes was a non-decision, I was so excited! However, it turned out that I signed up at a terrible time, work got so busy and I thought I would be so overwhelmed but the lessons were bitesize and very intuitive. Really enjoyed the course - it was well-paced and full of content! I have definitely learnt more than I would have trying to teach myself. The videos and exercises are great and having support via Slack is vey helpful.

This was a blast to start learning. All in all, unlike when I tried doing coding when it was offered to me as a class in university, all I got was no help and I got more confused as the classes got more difficult. I thought it would be the same case, but signing up to SheCodes was easier than that with all the proper simplified explanation rather than the over-complicated ones that I am glad that I started on this!
SheCodes helped me in discovering my inner programmer. Now, I know I want to learn more about coding and IT Sector. Thank you SheCodes Team!
