I really enjoyed the workshop! It was both engaging and well-designed. The only challenge I faced was when I got stuck or had a question, as I had to wait to ask in the Slack chat and for someone to respond. While the team is very attentive and helpful, patience is required, especially in the beginning, when things can feel a bit overwhelming. At times, I felt like giving up, but I realized that with persistence, the process becomes manageable, and it's something anyone can accomplish.

It has not been an easy journey for past few weeks but with help of slack pupils and SheCodes team, I managed to get through.
The SheCodes React course has been the hardest one so far, no doubt about it. React is a powerful and in-demand framework, but getting the hang of it wasn’t easy. There were times when I felt really challenged, but the support from the team on Slack was absolutely amazing and helped me push through every hurdle. By the end of the course, I was able to build a fully functioning app on my own, and the sense of accomplishment was incredible. This course has brought me so much closer to my goal of becoming a professional developer, and even though it was tough, it was 100% worth it.
I am grateful to the SheCodes team for this opportunity. The workshops are well-structured and very engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed the lessons and challenges and look forward to continuing with the classes.

I enjoyed this "Basics Add-on" course SO much. This time, I learned in-depth about CSS and styling the landing page that I created. There was a moment where it became a bit frustrating, but I got immediate lend a hand by a fellow student. She helped me crack the code. It wasn't easy and a bit advance for me at this level, but I get through this with the help I needed. I'm hoping I can be as agile–in coding–as her in the future! After about 20 years spent in the tourism industry, I decided to start a brand new career path. It all started with an add promoting coding workshops for women. So far, the coding world appeared to me as daunting and out of reach. It was not. Within one webinar, I was hooked. It was possible. I could do it. I am doing it. This was a really great crash course into Reactjs! I actually signed up for this workshop 2 years ago but due to life getting in the way I ended up pausing on finishing this even though I was on week 5 of the course. 2 years later I finally had the time to invest back in myself and I logged back on recently. I pulled up my half-finished project and I, to my amazement, could still remember quite alot of what i had learned in 2022. I ended up rewatching all the courses over this last week and half or so just to refresh myself on the content and I was able to finally finish my weather app! It's not perfect but i'm really proud of the fact I finished it. Super thankful to the shecodes team for the quality of the teachings, so much so that I was able to remember so much of the foundational pieces even years later. I had fun learning about all the new updates to Reactjs as well!

I had an exceptional experience with our tutor, Matt, through the She Codes Foundation. His teaching style was incredibly effective, making complex concepts accessible and engaging. I’m thrilled to have developed live, functioning websites hosted on the internet—an achievement that has ignited my passion for pursuing a master's degree in tech. Additionally, the support from the Slack channels was invaluable. The collaborative environment, where many common issues were pre-solved, streamlined the assignment process and made learning enjoyable. Overall, the combination of Matt’s excellent instruction and the constructive team support significantly enhanced my learning journey. I’m truly grateful for this experience and excited about my future in tech.

Honestly, this workshop was not easy, but thanks to instructor Matt and the whole SheCodes team, I was able to advance from basic to more advanced skills. I faced many bugs and challenges, but persistence paid off. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to improve their skills. It really takes your foundational knowledge to the next level.
