SheCodes Plus is another challenging and rewarding course from Matt and the team. This course builds on the basic HTML, CSS and Javascript skills developed in SheCodes Basics and applies them to a real-world, practical project in developing a functional weather app using an API. The course content is fantastic, broken down into manageable sections that are easy to follow. The support of the SheCodes community is a valuable part of the learning process. The final project was so fun to work on and I found SheCodes Plus incredibly rewarding and satisfying, and can't wait to get started on the next SheCodes course!

Wow! It has really been an amazing journey at the SheCodes Workshops. This has to be the seamless I have heard learning the Use of HTML, CSS and JavaScript in 2 weeks even if the course was to span for 3. Finished another step into my coding journey! SheCodes Responsive has helped me deepen my knowledge into coding and sharpen my skills thru challenges given each lesson and by building a real-life project-my very own portfolio showcasing my project to potential employers. Like SheCodes Basics and Plus, I received all the necessary tools, updated materials and software, together with their live technical support in case I’m feeling stuck and needed help with the assignments. Importantly, I can take the lessons at my own pace, it can be easily accessed any time and it’s not a problem if I needed more time to finish the course; I can ask for extension to so that I can get back to it any time I’m ready. I find it quite rewarding that I was able to solve each problem by myself, getting back to Matt’s bite-size lessons which are all very clear. He delivers topics such as advanced Bootstrap (Navigation, Utility Classes, etc.), Flexbox, Multiple Page Hosting, Media Queries, and more in such a way that it is transparent, fun to learn and easy to understand. He’s an amazing instructor with an equally amazing team. Thank you SheCodes!

This part was way more difficult than the SheCodes Basic. It was just mind-blowing! But when you finish this course, you think: "It is possible". Yes, there is still a long-long way to go, so many new things to learn and master, but step by step, with perseverance, self-discipline and constant learning , we all can become better. It was a nice experience, I was already very familiar with HTML and some CSS. I can say that since I started with this course I have gained a lot more confidence in my coding skills. I would have liked to learn about advanced JavaScript but we should never stop learning because there is always room for improvement. I enjoyed the course a lot. This one was a bit more challenging than others, but I did it well despite having a job. Matt is a great instructor and has clear pronunciation. The exercises keep everything interactive unless you're learning through videos. Taking these 4 level courses is just what you need if you don't have time all day. Plus the team is fully supportive and accessing the community in Slack is a huge bonus.

This project challenged me to apply everything I had learned and pushed me to think creatively. From fetching real-time weather data to dynamically updating the app's interface, every step of the process was a valuable learning experience. By developing a React weather app from scratch, this project allowed me to put my skills to the test and solidify my understanding of key React concepts. By leveraging React's powerful features and libraries, I was able to create a visually appealing and highly functional weather application. I Thank Matt and the SheCodes Team for guiding me through this challenge!

This course has been very helpful as I currently work with a CMS that requires HTML and CSS. Our web development team focuses more on the Javascript, but SheCodes Basic has introduced me to the concept of Javascript, which will help me better understand what goes on with both back-end and front-end coding.

SheCodes Basics was a great way to start learning Web Development! The lessons are thorough, easy to follow up and the homework and project really put together all the information we learned over the last weeks. Two of my favourite things about the last weeks: the way the course is designed still pushes you to research on your own, which I found challenging but rewarding. Also, the fact that the course allows for self management - you can choose the times that better suit you, there are deadlines but all the classes are recorded so people who work or have other responsibilities can manage to learn and build a new career for themselves. In SheCodes Plus I used SheCodes's team support in Slack many times and It was really useful. I think that this online support in doing homework is a very huge advantage. You may have access to many courses for coding but without friendly support to do exercises and homework you may become frustrated of struggling to fix the bugs.

React course is definitely the most challenging one. And I am so grateful to SheCodes team and Matt for explaining everything step by step, for supporting and encouraging. I'm completely happy by the results of this workshop.

I had the most challenging yet fun time learning the basics of Front End with SheCodes. I'm impressed I actually got to finish the project which couldn't be real without the amazing SheCodes team assisting during the whole learning journey. Some of the parts were especially hard to understand, but Matt made sure each lesson has a detailed and step-by-step explanation. Unfortunately I could not finish the course as fast as I planned because of some unexpected work duties. Creating the weather app has been an incredible learning curve, but so fulfilling to be able to create something from scratch. The SheCodes team are absolutely wonderful and provide great assistance and clarity if you need.

I am super impressed with this course! I was slightly sceptical about enrolling as I had no insight into coding! However, working with SheCodes has created opportunities that I would have never expected, or even considered possible without a degree. I have, and will continue to promote this amazing course as it is a great segway into the world of technology! I can not wait to see what is in store for me after completing this course (and likely completing the advanced course) . Thanks to all of the team for their amazing work.

Learning the basics of coding has been as intense as challenging but at the same time really enjoyable and in a way, easy. The videos are really efficient and Matthieu's explainations cannot be clearer. I could not complete the week 1 homework and challenges in due time but it was easy to request an extension, and the team was very understanding. I found the course very flexible, fun and interesting. I feel like I really understand how HTML, CSS and Javascript work, and feel more confident for the future. I was starting a UX design course at the same time, and was hoping to learn about the basics of coding since employers often like potential UX designers to be able to communicate and understand developers. I feel so much more confident now with the basic but yet thorought and solid knowledge SheCodes gave me!

I am 25 and a stay at home mom. I came across SheCodes on a social media platform. I really appreciated that they had a free 1 hour class to discuss what they do, how they work, and how easy it can be to learn coding, through them. Being a stay at home mom has its difficulties, and I really appreciated that it wasn't time consuming. It did still take a lot of effort, but I finished the basic course, and really LOVED my entire experience. I have now completed the plus course, I truly feel I have found a love for coding and am excited for the opportunities it can bring me and my family. I can't wait to see what's to come after this. I've really enjoyed learning with SheCodes.The course is well structured and easy to digest and follow, with clear explanations for all lessons. Matt is an engaging and knowledgable instructor and gave us plenty of tips and tools to help. I enjoyed having the freedom to complete lessons and felt well challenged by the time I was completing my final project. I can't believe I've just written a whole bunch of code that works!!
