It is my pleasure to be one of shecodes student and thanks to Mr. Matt and shecodes team. Courses are self paced but has dicipline with homeworks so within a week I could manage my learnin schedule. Mr. Matt is a great teacher, he makes even complex concepts easier to understand and the shecodes team is supportive and kind. Course started from basics and easy to fallow.
I am so glad that I have the opportunity to study in the SheCodes project. I find the entire content to be very well-organized and easy to understand. I had some coding experiences before but this one was totally different. The team is amazing. It is very comforting and inspiring to have them ready to help all the time. You have access to other participants' projects and it's a wonderful opportunity to learn more. The community is active on Slack and it's growing constantly. Above all, I think the most valuable part of the project is the Delac Foundation which supports women in need all around the world. They offer their programs to a lot of women completely for free. I am grateful for every thing you do SheCodes, and I highly recommend you to everyone who feels a little spark inside for coding.

I loved taking the SheCodes Plus course. Matt's lessons allowed me to feel guided and supported while simultaneously allowing me to learn to feel comfortable making mistakes and thinking outside the box.

This course has truly been an immersive experience! The sessions have been very interactive and engaging with tasks to consolidate learning. Meanwhile the SheCodes team have been swift in reviewing completed tasks and providing much support.
I have tested out a few other coding courses online but always ended up leaving and searching for a new one. Matt explained everything perfectly and even taught me how to do additional research to make my websites even better than what the homework requires me to do. The support from the SheCodes team was also a wonderful experience for me, I felt comfortable knowing that my questions are always welcome. I have been logging on every day for 2-3 weeks straight and I actually enjoy learning here, I will be completing the advanced workshops.

I learnt a lot from the React add-on weeks...to be honest I felt challenging even harder before since it is quite confusing and didn't get it clearly. Although I finished all the lessons and am waiting for the Next week, I am always ready to review what I have done whenever I need to. I truly enjoyed building the Weather App, I struggled sometimes I'm not going to lie. However, if we start thinking and trying to find solutions we'll get there. I absolutely loved this course! I feel like I've learned a lot in a short amount of time and Matt is a great teacher. The challenges throughout the course are really helpful to master the theory and the support on Slack is also great. I had the best virtual training experience with your team and I really enjoyed it, and one of the most important things, in my opinion, was the training in simple language ane the excellent support of the team.

When I start codding I never thought that I go so far with She Codes School. I learn a lot of stuffs including building aplications, design and other. I'm so upset because it end so fast. Ther workshop was very fascinating and I learned a lot of new techniques! I can't say it was easy, but thanks to the help and support of the SheCodes team, I managed to solve all the tricky challenges. Thank you for giving not only knowledges, but also self-confidence and desire to learn further.
SheCodes offers well-structured easy to digest material on a very pretty website. I enjoyed it very much. But to me, even more valuable than the study material is the network aspect of SheCodes. You get to see other students projects that you are about to work on. Its very important that other students are of the same level as you are, so you dont get intimidated as a newbie. You can actually feel like you can do the work they did and get inspired. And of course you are encouraged to connect with those students on slack, and it can be done in few clicks. Another important mention is the Delac Foundation effort to support refugees. They offer their program for free to a lot of women, which is admirable. I am thankful to your team for the work you do. Its a good program. Its very manageable. I would recommend it.

This workshop was a great step-by-step guide on beginner coding! I feel like I have learnt so much in less than 3 weeks - it's incredible. Of course there were moments where I felt overwhelmed, but those were moments. The support you get from your classmates really helped. I am very proud of myself, and I am looking forward to the next process on my journey to becoming an expert in front-end developing.

SheCodes is really well structured, with short lessons and challenges after each lesson, it gives you the right pace and constance, keeping your attention span high and, mostly, your motivation to keep going and always want to learn more and more. No need to sit glued to your chair taking boring, hours-long lessons that get you nowhere... Coding is mostly PRACTICE and Matt knows it well, taking the education system to another level: smart, fun and productive, focusing on quality over quantity, as lessons are short but they give you ALL the tools you need to start coding on your own. SheCodes learning path is as simple as it is effective, and it is "programmed" for literally anyone. In only three weeks I was able to build a project which I really love and I am very proud of. And last but not least, the SheCodes Community is always there to whatever difficult you may encounter and is so supportive! Thank you SheCodes, I'd recommend it to anyone!

I came into the course with absolutely no knowledge or experience of coding. The first week was a bit overwhelming (as Matt predicted), but I am amazed by how much I learned and how much I was able to accomplish (through a lot of trial and error) in three weeks. The course is very well-organized, and the support of the SheCodes team very timely and effective. Initially, I did not believe that I would experience coding as a creative process. I was wrong.

A great, challenging course! Matt is an excellent teacher - the material was concise and easy to understand. I loved how well-structured the course is and the focus on practical/hands-on experience. It also helped that the course is self-paced and very flexible. It was fun building a webpage and learning in a supportive community. The Slack thread helped a lot. I don't think I would have had the motivation and guidance to learn coding by myself, so I highly recommend this course.
I have achieved so much with this course already. It has certainly been challenging but I have really enjoyed learning. The videos are easy to follow and the online community have been a great support.

This course has been challenging, but it's been a lot of fun and the resources and the support from SheCodes have been brilliant π€© Whenever I've had a question I could either find the answer in the SheCodes Slack channels, or ask them in Slack myself and I'd get an answer very quickly. With the tools we're given, I was also able to experiment a little with my code. I'm a graphic designer, and I wanted to design my own weather icons for the weather app we needed to create. The people at SheCodes had no problem with that, and I managed to include them and I'm so chuffed with the results! If anyone out there is keen to take this course but you can't quite decide; you'll learn so many tools and techniques and you'll be amazed by what you're able to create at the end! I was nervous too, but now I'm so glad I did it!! Plus, you have a lifetime access to the lessons so what you learn will never go out-of-date, as they update their lessons to reflect any new techniques, updated software, etc.
React took me longer than expected because I had another asthma relapse and was finally able to start my treatment, which meant a lot of traveling. Thankfully SheCodes has 3 forgiveness weeks where you can push back the course! This allowed me to finish REACT while being able to give myself time to recover! I loved that I was able to finish on my own time! SheCodes staff has been supportive every step of the way!

I've never seen such training in my life. Not only am I enthusiastic about learning how to code, but I am also terrible at learning and memorizing them. It was unbelievable that I could stand watching the videos up to the end and follow the lessons without feeling tired. The time of each video is standard, and the way of training is lovely! I can only thank this group and their support for giving this chance to many of us using the lessons. Extra thanks to the team, who were always ready to help whenever I got stuck in coding.

I decided to enroll in this course with no prior experience into coding. It was scary at the beginning but after watching the lessons and with the support of the group on slack, I started understanding what once appeared to be impossible for me. It's been a very satisfying journey that I'm only initiating. Can't wait for the next course.

I didn't think I'd be able to build a weather app in the beginning of SheCodes Plus. There were many trial and errors to get it working, but with the help of the support team and the videos I was able to complete the final project. Overall, it was fun to see it slowly come together and gave me the feeling of accomplishment. If you love to learn new things and enjoy challenges, this workshop is for you.

We did it anyway! The wonderful ShΠ΅Π‘odes project allowed me to get acquainted with Web development, and this allows me to now plan my further professional path. Development was sometimes fun, and sometimes it was not easy. Thanks to the support of the team, everything worked out! Matt Delac explains the theory perfectly, gives a lot of examples, students have support in Slack I recommend this course to anyone who wants to tie their career into Web Development and is unsure where to start.

I can't believe that I finally finish all the workshops from Basics to React in just a few months! React is one of the latest requirement for web development. I believe these past 5 - 6 months were like a rollercoaster. Till I was focusing on the structure and the design, it was easy, and enjoyed it a lot, when we dived into JS or react - I need to be honest with myself - I often just wanted to survive somehow. One thing is sure though, I learned a lot and developed my skills, let myself time and space when I got fed up, and got hungry for the knowledge of UX and design, so probably that is more for me. We are here to learn and get to know ourselves, so the mission is completed. I am grateful for the entire SheCodes team, thank you for your support!
