This was a fun project that expands on what you learned in SheCodes Plus. Very useful to be able to see the instructor, Matt, code step by step as you are building your own project - even though you will likely end up adapting the code to fit your own needs along the way. Absolutely worth picking up this workshop!
I learned so many new skills associated with CSS, HTML and especially JavaScript. I thoroughly enjoyed the SheCodes Plus course and highly recommend it! Even though the lessons are prerecorded it still feels like you are very much part of a community. The assistance on Slack is very prompt and friendly.

A fantastic course for beginners! I remembered bits of coding from my earlier years which helped with the challenges. But I really loved learning the CSS and Javascript within the basics course. Matt explained everything thoroughly and he encourages learners to go out and look for coding by checking the source codes on various websites to get answers, ideas and inspiration. I have a full time job as a project analyst and a child to look after and I found 1 week was ample time to complete the lessons and challenges! SheCodes Plus course, here I come!

My educational background is in Neuropsychology. Although I was really fascinated by the world of tech, it was at the back of my mind. Shecodes Plus is something awesome you need to jump on ! Trust me, it’s the coding goldmine you’ve been hunting for. And with Matt leading the charge, you’re set to crush it. They dive deep into JavaScript, APIs, and more. Plus, it’s not just about code; they help you level up your creativity to make your apps shine. Seriously, it’s the whole package!
To be honest, this course was easier than SheCodes Plus. Of course, knowledge and confidence have already accumulated. In addition, there was no Java Script. Today JS is the most difficult for me. Another achievement I consider is that I already watch video lessons with virtually no translation. It’s very interesting to watch how a whole website appears from a set of symbols, you feel like a magician. In Responsive you have to pay a lot of attention to detail; you have to redo many sections of the page several times, changing parameters for each screen size. I would like to express my gratitude to Met and the SheCodes team for the opportunity to learn. Of course, I definitely recommend these courses.

I just finished SheCodes Plus, and I'm incredibly impressed with the program. The curriculum was meticulously designed and straightforward to navigate. The course spanned 8 weeks, centering around creating a weather page and working with APIs. Matt, the instructor, is fantastic, and the support team is consistently accessible for answering questions and offering guidance. SheCodes plus workshop was a huge transition from SheCodes basic but worth while, for I got to learn advanced code, techniques and overall improve my craft. It was challenging but fun and I would highly recommend to anyone because you really do learn a lot.
Finishing Shecodes Plus has made me feel like I can take up simple projects now with confidence. I still have to work more on memorising styling techniques but I'm happy with what I've worked on so far. I think my portfolio website is beautiful. So happy with it! :D

The SheCodes Basics Add-On was such a lovely way to compliment all that I learnt from the initial Basics course. It provided some really useful additional insight on linking HTML, CSS and JavaScript and allowed me to polish up my skills and create an even more beautiful looking webpage! SheCodes Plus is so full of information and learning new skills I went through it three times and enjoyed every time!. The teaching method is excellent for me and the pace is fast, so going over it three times was good for me as each time I felt more confident about what I was learning and how it fits together.
