In just three days, I accomplished an incredible project, dedicating no more than 20 hours of my time! With this workshop, I learned a lot about responsive design, but I was also able to improve my previous knowledge from other SheCodes workshops. It was very interesting getting to know the building process of a webpage. Since the design and how we, as developers, will "translate" that design into code. SheCodes Responsive taught me how to create responsive websites that could be accessed on a mobile and desktop device and respond to the size of the screen. This course allowed me to understand how developers can create amazing websites that can be used on various devices without any issues. I learned how to manipulate the placement of my images, text and other elements to design an efficient and beautiful website. I was taught to successfully use Bootstrap to create grids, CSS Utility Classes to design responsive websites for smaller screens, and practiced adding Bootstrap classes to my elements to easily and quickly add style without having to access the CSS file. The SheCodes Slack team was amazing throughout the learning process, because creating responsive websites can get confusing and frustrating. With their help, I was able to navigate through the lessons with little to no anxiety that I would be stuck and on my own.
With the SheCodes Responsive Add-on Workshop I've further leveled up my web development skills, learning how to make websites look awesome and work seamlessly on any device and resolution. A great workshop to learn about responsive website development
Such a beneficial additional workshop, providing a significant boost to my skill set. Having mastered the art of creating a fully responsive website by skillfully implementing grids and tables with advanced HTML and CSS. And navigating the intricacies of embeds, equipping me with the knowledge to craft dynamic and responsive web designs to industry standard.
At the beginning of my adult life, I had contact with IT and some very basic programming languages, but life took me on other direction, and I went to project management, procurement, customer support but I always wanted to have the chance to know more about coding. Maybe it’s the famous middle-life crises but as I approach halfway through my life, I want to know more about coding. I saw the Shecodes workshop, and I felt this is it. The classes were great, we have a lot of support material, and the team is responsive in Slack. Is never too late to learn and is never to late to do something we really want and love.
After Plus, completing Responsive has definitely been more challenging, but also very rewarding. It starts to feel a little more real as we get closer to the final - since we are building something from the beginning to the finishing details. I will repeat myself saying all lessons and weeks are super well conceived and it is so easy to follow through. Congratulations to SheCodes team for making it so enjoyable!

What I learnt is that if one solution does not work, try another and another, until we found something we like. It is always trials and errors. Details are very important. Rome is not built in 1 second, it takes many rounds of tinkering. I enjoy the progress of creating beautiful sites!!!
Responsive websites always felt like a really daunting piece of code to learn and understand. The way SheCodes created the course helped me to follow along easily. I was also able to do a bit of my own research to figure a few things out.

Its been a great 8 weeks journey with a number of challenges that helped me improve my skill. I built an entire weather app in 8weeks! At the start of the course, it seemed complicated for me and I had no idea how I was going to build such an app. But am glad shecodes helped me through the process and my app is working. I could not have achieved this through learning on my own. Can't wait to move on to responsive and react workshops to make my app better.

During Responsive Web Development course I was impressed by interesting developing world. Learning about responsive design and implementing it in my final project was new experience for me, but so interesting. I explored new skills and technologies and provided it in my project.
I had always wanted to learn coding, but I was intimidated by the complexity and the time commitment. That’s why I applied for this workshop, and I’m so glad I did. It was such a great, easy, and fun way to learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other great stuff like hosting and responsiveness. The instructor was very kind and helpful, and the exercises were challenging but rewarding. I learned a lot of stuff in a very short time, and I was able to create my own web page by the end of the workshop. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to learn coding without feeling exhausted or frustrated. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
That's an extra project with some additional info about the responsive design. It's very hepful to organize yourself specially with de @media quores and a really good practice with "classes" for all that!!
