I loved working on this project! I learned how to create a responsive webpage without using bootstrap and incorporating additional features such as cards, grids and embeds. I am learning so much and being able to apply it practically, is the best way for me to learn!

The Plus Add-On world clock project is very fun. I learned a lot in a short time.

This dictionary project was built using React, and it is one of my favorite projects. I had the opportunity to practice creating effective components, functions, and sending properties between them to improve my application. I integrated two APIs in this project: the SheCodes dictionary API and an images API. I practiced using loops and the map method to pull and display precise data from the APIs. I worked in depth on styling the responses from the APIs to create different sections for my dictionary and to ensure the images fit the screen. I enjoyed this workshop.

SheCodes is really great. The instructor makes the coding concepts very clear and the weekly projects keep you motivated. I highly recommend this course.

The past eight weeks have been incredibly challenging yet rewarding, and I have gained invaluable knowledge that empowers me to embark on my projects confidently. I look forward to participating in more SheCodes classes and exciting initiatives ahead!

It took me sometime to finish the basic course but - I did it! 💪 The first week was a little hard for me to follow, which make sense because this is my first ever coding class but as I build more stuff and get acquainted with it, I started to really enjoy it! My favorite is java script because it took sometime for me for things to "click" with CSS and when it did it made a lot of sense. Doing the challenges, home works and final project really helped a lot because actually seeing the result of your work feels good and helps you get more motivated. I absolutely love this course, I was able to pace it at the right time specially I am a SAHM, and it can be extremely challenging to make time. Thank you SheCodes team for your patience with me!

I am so surprised with the work we have had to do, its been easy at times and a little difficult too. I have learnt a lot with this course and would be interested in doing further courses with SheCodes in the very near future. I specifically loved doing the final project, I ended up doing two, one at the end went wrong I am still trying to figure out what went wrong. But it has been a steep learning curve and fun at the same time.

It was great to revisit Javascript and learn about AI in this course. In addition to learning about API integration, I enjoyed putting together the final project and bringing the HTML, API/Javascript and CSS together when building the poem generator. I particularly enjoyed the second week where I could follow along when building the final project: for me, this was really helpful as I could see the workflow of how I could build something like this again in the future.

I am thrilled to be part of the SheCodes program, where I have had the opportunity to learn and grow my coding skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. The well-structured curriculum and hands-on projects have deepened my understanding of web development, and I’ve gained confidence in working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. After completing SheCodes Basics, I was able to continue into the Add-ons portion and build a really cool project again that included many more features than the first course. I love the way Matt builds with us and helps us to create really cool pages. Thank you Matt and thank you SheCodes!

This project was tough, but the final product is really nice.

it took me 2 weeks to finish a one week project,this one i must say it gave me hot chills but i can say that i am proud of myself that i managed to finish it. To Delac,the instructor thank you so much for the past few weeks you have been of great help.Looking forward to the next project!

I had an amazing experience taking part in the SheCodes Basic course! As someone with no prior coding experience, I was initially intimidated, but the lessons were easy to follow and well-structured.
