Just amazing, I never thought I would be capable of such things, I used to believe coding was something extremely complicated and only for engineers but with SheCodes I got to realise, it's actually something that all of us could learn.
This is by far amazing, so many things I learned. How to play around AI , animation effect and not to forget the TypeWriter effect. This helped me to create the final project and I am quite proud of myself :). I know this will help in my future projects.

Great learning experience with Shecodes. It is useful to have assignments that simulate real programming work and develop a functioning app with API.
The SheCodes Basics Workshop was very enlightening. All the new concepts that I learnt were very interesting. I found it very fascinating that a few lines of code could produce what they produced and I was very amazed at the stuff I could build purely using lines of code and this was just at the basic level. I'm honestly looking forward to the rest of the workshops ahead and I'm even more excited to see what challenges they hold. I'm ready to elevate my coding skills and work towards becoming the best developer I can possibly be.
I loved the program and I'm currently looking to sign up for the next workshop. It was a great mixed of fun, creativity, learning, and each project helped you to expand your mind and look for different ways to write your code and have the same or better results.

Out of all the online course to learn coding, this has helped me the most. The way Matt explains things without necessarily using technical jargon straight away has helped me understanding things more than I thought I would. In actual fact, I didn't think I would get this far or be able to code at all!
It is always requires a lot of courage to make a step towards your dreams. For me, IT was always a broad concept associated with excessive amount of terms and rules and you need to know which one to choose from millions of them to implement into functionable project. Seemed pretty difficult until I decided not to judge the book by its cover. I am pretty excited that I made a decision to start coding with SheCodes. Since the very start the team led by instructor Matt was super supportive. Matt has this ability to put it straight to the core making the process of learning fun and efficient.
It has been an amazing 3 weeks, I have learnt so much and I did not think I would be able to even do this and get to this point. I am so grateful and I am even more excited to learn more. The project was a lot of fun.

I can honestly say despite the challenges I faced. I had a fun time learning how to do the basics in coding. The simplest thing can mess up your code from; spacing, wrong quotation, putting the wrong ending or even spelling. So take your time, breathe, and keep trying even when it seems like you did the same thing over and over. You got this.

In the beginning starting the foundation, it was exciting to start learning something new but at the same time anxious because I did not know anything about coding. Getting started with the workshops under the leadership and guidance of Mat has been great because he explains very well and it is easy to understand his teaching method. Doing the homework and projects was challenging but a good way to practice what was taught.

This workshop provided me with insights into advanced CSS techniques. Additionally, I received an introduction to the Document Object Model (DOM), during which I learned how to locate DOM elements using selectors and experimented with events. I recommend this add-on.
