The Add-on workshop was a great extension to the Basics workshop to deepen the knowledge I learned.
I recently completed the SheCodes Plus program, and I can't say enough about how valuable the experience has been for me. As someone with a basic understanding of coding, I was looking to take my skills to the next level, and SheCodes Plus exceeded my expectations. The course material is comprehensive yet accessible, and the hands-on projects provided me with the practical experience I needed to feel confident in my abilities. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the community of fellow learners is incredibly encouraging. I appreciated the flexibility of the program, allowing me to learn at my own pace while balancing other commitments.
Taking the SheCodes Plus course was really exciting for me.While some tasks seemed really hard at first, but when I solved them, it felt really good. Under the guidance of Matt, and his clear explanations made coding seem approachable. Learning was fun, and I enjoyed every bit of it. I have always wanted to learn how to code. Fortunately for me, I Came across SheCodes on Tiktok. The sign-up process was relatively easy and they took about a week to respond. I enjoyed the Basics workshop so much. Matt made everything so easy to understand and apply. Also you can work at your own pace , so if you are a busy person like me, you don't have to worry .I am looking forward to the other workshops.
What a blast! Another great addition. Despite having some prior Python experience, Matt's teaching really made things click for me. Revisiting the weather app project in Python was a highlightβit was both fun and practical. Overall, I feel much more confident in my coding abilities now. Awesome classes & more challenging, but when you really watch the videos and listen to Matt, it gets easier and more understandable. I throughly enjoyed learning about GitHub, APIs and JavaScript.

It was intense, especially the Javascript part, but it's so satisfying to be able to do it alone. I'd also like to thank the wonderful community. There's always someone there to help or explain mistakes. Just a few weeks ago, I didn't know about the API, GitHub or Netlify. One of the hardest workshop so far but I was looking forward to learning about AI and learning how it comes to be. Now I know how to create one! This makes me feel so proud. I think I might do another one for recipes because I love cooking new dishes for fun.
This course was so much fun! It's centred on building a world clock app, giving participants the opportunity to work with JavaScript libraries for fetching and parsing time zones. There is a good balance between providing learning content and techniques, while also encouraging personal creativity and project direction. I particularly enjoyed getting creative with vanilla CSS and implementing themes to reflect different times of day.

Learning about CSS grids has enlightened me on the way I approach layout design, offering incredible flexibility and responsiveness to my web projects but also makes me appreciate the power of frameworks like Bootstrap which makes life easier. Another fantastic course from SheCodes, I thoroughly enjoyed learning about responsive design. I now feel confident in my ability to create responsive websites.
