I had tried to learn Python on a different website but the lessons seemed so complicated for me to grasp that I had given up entirely on learning how to code until my friend and I came accross SheCodes. Matt's course is engaging, easy to follow and to stay on track with the course. Highly recommended.
Learning how to use React is important in today's world. I'm happy that I know a little more about it so that I'm not too intimidated to try it on my own. This workshop is a nice beginner's introduction to React. I plan on continuing my learning of React now that I have a basic foundation.
It is quite an interesting yet challenging course. Its a whole new language for me, one i want to continue learning to upskill myself, and for my future career.

This knowledge served as the foundation for building our own World Clock project. Coming into SheCodes, I had zero coding experience. After the first 3 weeks,. I am surprised and thrilled by how much I have learned. A bit challenging, but worth it. I loved learning about changing backgrounds and transitions. The basic add-on was a great addition.
At the beginning of my adult life, I had contact with IT and some very basic programming languages, but life took me on other direction, and I went to project management, procurement, customer support but I always wanted to have the chance to know more about coding. Maybe it’s the famous middle-life crises but as I approach halfway through my life, I want to know more about coding. I saw the Shecodes workshop, and I felt this is it. The classes were great, we have a lot of support material, and the team is responsive in Slack. Is never too late to learn and is never to late to do something we really want and love.
