If you have ever thought about wanting to learn how to code then I highly recommend signing up for SheCodes basics. Lessons were easy to understand and there are challenges to do at the end of each lesson. Planning to sign up for more workshops!

This was a tough one, but I'm so glad I'm doing this course. I'm learning stuff I never thought I would- I haven't even LOOKED at code since the MySpace days, when I was customizing my page! I highly recommend anyone of any background to give this course a shot!

SheCodes+ is an engaging and productive workshop. I learned SO much! While I am submitting my weather app project, I have a list of revisions that I will continue to work on. Thank you to the entire SheCodes team for hosting this brilliant series of workshops AND for making them accessible to women across the world.

It was a good experience. Fun to learn and easy to follow and catch up if you stay committed to your schedule.

This workshop helped me to learn the fundamentals of coding which include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I can now take these fundamentals to grow my learning to reach my goal of entering into the field of Web and Software Development. This was a great introduction.

Despite not having any knowledge of coding at all, this course made it very easy to learn. The lesson challenges were also very helpful in learning progression. This course was very fun - 10/10 would recommend 😇

It's not easy, but Matt and the team make it very inviting. With patience, awesome video instructions, challenges with an answer key, and a solution video for each, it makes it possible to learn how to code. One thing that I really liked is how Matt doesn't edit out his mistakes in the videos. Instead, he shows you that he too, with all his experience, makes mistakes and shows you how he goes about fixing them. That makes me feel much better about making mistakes and makes me more confident to find a solution. I really enjoy these courses. They are not easy, but the learning process for anything new never is. I would highly recommend these courses to anyone who wants to learn how to code.

I once thought coding was too complex for me to even attempt to study prior to enrolling with SheCodes. However, after learning and working on the materials during SheCodes Basics workshop, with Matt's very easy-to-follow instructions, along with the great help from the technical assistants and fellow students, I have come to understand that coding can also be fun and informative. I'm very happy to have finished my first landing page!

Having no experience in coding and starting from scratch I am surprised at the information I have learned in the past few weeks. Matt does a great job in his videos of teaching different topics and other tips and tricks to make coding more efficient and enjoyable. I must say I have avoided this field because I did not think I had what it took to grasp the information, but after this experience I think I can see myself wanting to go further and potentially see this as a career option. I am very appreciative of Matt and his team for making this learning process enjoyable.

I always thought that programming is something that is very hard to understand, but as soon as I started, I realized that actually, it is very interesting and creative! It was an incredible experience building my own apps with the SheCodes team. This is a very well-structured and informative course consisting of step-by-step instructions. I enjoyed every day of learning React. Thank you very much for giving me this knowledge, there is no doubt that I will be able to apply it in the future.

I've really enjoyed the SheCodes Basics course. I started the course knowing nothing about coding. In 3 weeks, I've not only learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and Javascript, I'm also learning how to inspect pages and how to troubleshoot when things aren't working. The lessons are easy to follow at your own pace and there's a tonne of support if you need it. Definitely recommend the course to anyone looking to learn!

It was really interesting to learn how to make my project responsive for all devices using different frameworks and techniques.

This course was far harder than the Basics, but I found myself wanting to work on it. It was fun and challenging in a way that was somewhat addictive. I just wanted to see where I could go with the skills I learned, and where I could go was a lot of places.

I have a lot of fun while learning practical ways to achieve a good result

The plus course is a challenge for me, but getting pass the course materials one by one, it gives me confidence and so much joy. Before I never thought I can accomplish this much on coding, but finally I did it! The course really raise my interest on coding and I'd definitely want to learn more.

It's so nice and intering to learn coding with SheCodes

I really enjoyed these lessons. It was like a walk through memory lane from what I learned in High School yet I only remembered some of the JavaScript stuff. Helped a lot and it made me create a project that I could show in my portfolio too.

It took me a while to decide whether to take the course or not, I had no previous experience or knowlege about it. Now I'm very happy I decided to take it! Fun course and easy to learn. Love it!

Learning skills online is very challengeable, but with the help of a good team like SheCodes, it becomes a piece of cake. Step-by-step explanations by Matt and the help of the Slack group in every moment were really helpful in this way.

I really enjoyed the basic course from SheCodes. It was well structured, easy to follow and I loved the challenges in between to always practice what you just learned. Only minus point was that in the last week you do not learn anything new. You are completely working on the final project.

I had such a great time learning coding. I haven't done anything coding related since high school. This workshop was incredibly useful.

I woke up one morning with a random urge to learn how to code and the SheCodes three-week basic course was the perfect introduction into the world of coding. It has definitely sparked my interest and I'm excited to delve more deeply into the expansive tech industry.

This React course was the most challenging of the workshops, but I got a real kick out of finding solutions to create the different apps. It's a great follow-on from the Plus course, as it takes a lot of the JS knowledge acquired and shifts it to show how to set up clean, efficient code in the component model. It's also given me a push to re-engage with JS and learn more with further projects. Would definitely recommend!

I learned a lot and I'm really happy I signed up for the SheCodes Basic. I will definitely continue to explore the capabilities of Java Script and other programming languages. I saw myself progress so much even after the first week!

This workshop really helped me to understand much better how programmers work. I really got more skills on how to build an app using HTML, CSS and Javascript. I learnt so much and can't wait to start my new workshop!

I love this course and I found it very useful with good exercises to practice. Matt explains in a very nice way which makes things easier to understand, since I was never the technical person. I love learning new things, it was a lot of fun and the course was much better than expected, I was very happy to see the results of my projects. Started as someone with zero coding knowledge, as a homemaker. Within days I'm surprised at my capability to submit my final project today. It was very challenging but a lot of fun. Excellently explained videos which makes coding a fun yet relatable experience. I like that it's detailed with notes provided alongside to help learn in the best way possible! I liked that I could go at my own pace and that SheCodes was understanding of deadline extensions.

I loved this course as an intro to getting into HTML coding. It taught me how to be comfortable reading and working in an HTML page, how to work in VS Code, and provided me with a great learning community. They were always quick to respond when I had questions and broke down the lessons into manageable steps. It was nice to be able to learn in a way that catered to my preferred style of learning.

I enjoyed this course immensely! The lessons were straightforward and easy to follow with challenges that enabled me to consolidate my knowledge. I feel like I have a well-rounded foundation for coding now that will enable to learn even more in the future.

Great experience. This is my third workshop and again, I can honestly recommend it to everyone. It’s shorter than others but you learn many important things. So definitely worth it.

After the first workshop, I never imagined that it could get better, but I was eager to continue my journey. As well as learning so much, I have become an entirely different kind of frontend developer. I greatly appreciate the support I have received. Working on this project has been a wonderful experience.

As coding is becoming as important a skill as MSword in today's world, this course broke the ice for me to get into the coding world! It was so much fun! In just a few weeks, you learn so much and Matt explains it so well that it doesn't even look hard! The class creates a hunger to learn and know more. Thanks, Matt and Team!

I've tried a few different "learn to code" courses and have found that they are either too vague or introducing too much at once but this course not only did a really great job of breaking down the material into bite-sized pieces but also managed to make it fun to learn. I felt like I could handle everything it was throwing at me and like I understood how to use the material following the exercises. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone seriously wanting to understand both the how and why behind the basics of HTML, CSS, and JS.

This workshop was a great introduction to learn and understand the basics to coding. It was truly one of the best learning journeys in my life and I absolutely enjoyed it while mastering very useful html, css, javascript and specially react skills. one of my favorite parts was the challenges. the challenges kinda forced me to practice every new technique right after Matt teaches us and you might underestimate it but it was very helpful for getting the handle of complex issues for me. so I definitely recommend it and I hope SheCodes Workshops expand for more sophisticated skills so I can learn more stuff with SheCodes.

I'm so impressed with how much I have learned in such a short amount of time. I was a little worried coming into the course being a complete beginner but I feel it was really easy to follow and I even enjoyed the problem-solving element if I had made any mistakes. I love that there are colour templates, gradients and cheatsheets available to make things a little more simple. I have signed up for SheCodes Pro and I'm so excited to see where it takes me.

As a beginer on that field I very enjoyed to learn and improve my coding skills every day! It is a great workshop!!!

SheCodes Plus was definitely challenging but really worth it. You learn so many skills and Matt has an excellent way of taking you step by step through and almost getting you to teach yourself. I really enjoyed it! Looking forward to React now!

This workshop was super interesting! Really enjoyed further developing Javascript knowledge, and learning how to integrate APIs :)

It was a long time since I had coded but since joining SheCodes last year, I was sure I was going to pursue this to the end. The course material is well organized and clear making it easy to follow. The step by step challenges makes it easy to reassess your understanding. I have also learnt a lot talk of APIs, design and bootstrap. I love SheCodes! I Cannot wait to learn react. My front end developer journey has just began.

I saw an advertisement for SheCodes on YouTube and took the free one hour introduction class. I am in my early 40s, a stay at home mom and have no experience with coding, but decided to take the 3 week SheCodes Basic course. I learned a lot and feel that in the future I could continue to further the coding path into a career.

I had an EXCELLENT time working with SheCodes! I've always felt intrigued by coding, but incapable of learning it... after betting on myself and giving it a try, SheCodes reminded me that you can do anything if you set your mind to it!

It was a great course, I liked learning on my own and the assignments were easy to follow and refer back to later if I needed to look anything up.

What an amazing adventure! With all I have learned throughout my lifetime, learning to code has been the best. Finally finding that "thing" I can really do is so rewarding and I feel so accomplished already. This was such an easy approach and I am glad I chose this program. I can't wait to do more and really turn this into my career.

Really enjoyed building the apps and learning more about react!!

Now that I have finished all the 4 modules, I can say that this workshop is totally worth it. I started with ome experience in coding, but nothing related to react or more profesional tools, and I finished very proud of everything that I have learned and accomplished. All the resources are so helpful! Even the community on Slack! I really recommend this workshop for begginners and for people who wants to expand what they already know.

My SheCodes journey continues with SheCodes Responsive and it proved to be a bit tricky at first. Learning all the tricks and tips was a lot at first but once you physically do them a couple of times, you get the hang of it. Matt explains the concepts really well. He is a superb teacher. I'm really proud of how far I've come with the help of SheCodes. I don't think I could have done any of this without Matt and his superior team.

I am enjoying the course so far, I have learned so much in just a few weeks! I am looking forward to completing my SheCodes Pro course.

If you want to learn how to built a website that is responsive in any device, SheCodes Responsive is the workshop for you. Simple and effective, Matt's classes will help you built your website from scratch. Thank you one more time.

Good introduction to React, but felt sometimes a bit rushed. I would have preferred to have a few weeks more time to learn and train what was covered in the course. I still enjoyed learning React and would recommend it to anyone interested in coding, and will keep training at my pace in the future - React and other technologies. I believe SheCodes provides an excellent basis to later be able to keep learning more technologies by oneself. I recently looked at SCSS, Vue and some more technologies and understood some of them, which felt amazing as I did not even write a single line of HTML 6 months ago!

I have really enjoyed this course, Ive learnt a lot in a short time period, and Im excited to start the next course and learn even more!

SheCodes made learning to code fun and exciting. My favorite experience about the SheCodes lesson was the challenges after each class, which tested my knowledge of the lesson. I was able to reflect on my learning through every challenge and work on the areas that needed improvement.
