I really enjoyed this workshop, it give me a different perspective on coding I've never had before (and I've worked for over 8 years in the SaaS industry 😬 but in the Customer Success department). Also, I liked the way Matt explains, he makes it sound easy and because of that good explanation, it's easy to applicate what you learn.

I really loved this Workshop. Very Well Structured and It was so interesting and Fun to learn. Matt is a great instructor. And the use of emojis was really cool.

I've always been interested in coding but to be honest, it was quite intimidating for me; because I would look at codes and have absolutely no idea what that was. I didn't look at it like a different language, which it actually is instead, I used to think that I'm just not smart enough to understand it. This course brought me into the world of coding with small steps and I really enjoyed the start of this journey and learning a new skill I'm very excited to continue on this path with SheCodes👩‍💻

Coding in SheCodes Plus was a new experience! I enjoyed creating and learning JavaScript and understanding how APIs really integrate in different applications. I faced some difficulties with bugs and language continuity in JavaScript in HTML, but I overcame them with patience and persistence since that just seems to come with the territory. Can't wait to learn more!

The workshops are pretty well designed and each one has a little challenge to get you right into practicing what you just learned!

I had a great experience with SheCodes. I have learned a lot of new things. I enjoyed the setup of the lectures. I liked that after you watch the lectures there are also notes to look at and reference websites to go to for further information. The challenges help apply what you have learned so that you do not forget what you just learned after you watch the lectures. After this wonderful experience I do see myself taking another workshop.

The 3-week coding workshop from SheCodes has been an incredibly transformative experience for me. As someone without any prior tech or coding background, I was initially unsure if I would be able to grasp the concepts and keep up with the course material. However, the workshop exceeded all my expectations and provided me with a solid foundation in coding. The instructor, Matt, is exceptional. I am truly amazed at how quickly I was able to learn all of these javascript functions. I knew I was really catching on during the final project when I could pause the video, work ahead, and then watch to be sure I had coded that section correctly. I am so grateful that SheCodes is set up in such realistic and manageable sections.

The style of teaching is great where you learn the concepts, then put them to use in your own project - a good way to put what you've learnt to the test.

This was the best introduction to my coding journey. I learned so much during this course and I absolutely enjoyed it.

it was an interesting experience🥰 i really enjoyed learning responsiveness using both the normal method and bootstrap. Though it can be time consuming but Matt is an amazing teacher 👨‍💻 and with what i have learnt i have gotten the courage to bid for freelancing works as a web developer. can't wait to learn Reactjs. I really enjoyed the SheCodes Basics Workshop. I found the lessons clear, fun, and engaging. I already had some knowledge of HTML and CSS, and the workshop not only allowed me to refresh my previous knowledge but the explanations really helped to understand the languages more and cleared up some doubts that I had. The Javascript lesson is a great way to get into it, and I look forward to learning more in the upcoming workshops!

I learned so much during this course and the best part is that it was actually very fun! It's a great first step to learning how to code.

I've just started learning and I fell in love with the style of teaching that is provided by shecodes. It's easy to follow, I can go back and review as many times as I need without going through hours of video on things I don't need. It's easy to navigate and I'm enjoying learning with it.

React was very complicated and difficult, but by watching the videos step by step helped me to understand and learn how to develop with it.

As a person who has a hard time self-learning, especially with CS, SheCodes's short-video format and simplistic yet detailed-enough explanations really motivated me to start and develop my HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills. I especially love this class format with required challenges and homework to submit as it holds me accountable to learning coding skills associated with those languages very well, something I wouldn't necessarily have without this course.

What a great way of learning coding. The basics of coding were well explained which made it easier and fun for me grasp and understand them.

It was great workshop it helped me enhance the basic knowledge that I already had, I got to learn Javascript which I was totally new to and I was intimidated by it but thanks to Matt I'm a bit more confident.

I'm having so much fun learning how code. I've needed this so badly for my current work and now it's like having so many "light blub" moments and finally understanding why my CSS wasn't working properly.

As a full-time working professional and a devoted mother, my days were already filled with numerous responsibilities and commitments. I had always been intrigued by the world of technology and coding but never found the time or the courage to pursue it. However, one day, something within me sparked, and I decided to take a leap of faith. The initial challenges were undoubtedly overwhelming. Learning with SheCodes is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. In these 3 weeks I have learned a lot, the way Matt teaches us how to code makes it seem incredibly easy and the best thing is that we can get help with specific questions in Slack. The SheCodes community is really supportive, which makes the experience that much better.

This Responsive Workshop has been a game-changer!!! Learning additional tips and tricks to enable projects to be Responsive has been incredible. I feel that I have watched my code improve overnight and the confidence I am gaining in my coding is the absolute best feeling!!! She codes is an amazing platform for beginners to learn new tech skills with no initial knowledge in any technologies, It has helped me learn from the basics by also giving me projects to work on to test skills I have been able to learn .

I strongly suggest completing the Responsive Add-on workshop from SheCodes! Although learning about grids and tables was difficult, Matt made it easy to comprehend. As someone who has worked with Figma before, Matt provided valuable insight into the differences between a developer's and a designer's approach. I'm excited to begin the next workshop! 👩‍💻

And though this is my 4th certificate from SheCodes - the fact that I came from absolutely no coding experience to learning all the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JS and now creating a working website using a popular programming language blows my mind. I believe SheCodes certification was a great step on my way to IT industry. As a Product Manager, who's just starting my career, it was essential for me to understand the basics of software development, of the logics how it works. I'm happy I found such a fun way to learn it!

Wow, this workshop was challenging, but so incredibly rewarding! I have learned so much and I love how my project turned out, plus I had a lot of fun. Web development is so mentally stimulating for me and while this workshop was really difficult at times, pushing through obstacles helped me reach optimal learning. React was incredibly hard to learn but once you got into the swing of things it became extremely easy to understand and follow! Matt did a fantastic job with teaching me what to do and where to go.

My learning experience has been both exciting and nerve-wracking at times. Overall, it has revived the curious and adventurous child in me 🤓 The lessons were clear and easy to follow but the curiosity in me would get the best of me and I would get stuck but the videos and cheatsheets always helped me back to the basics.
