It's been 3 weeks of intense learning and project execution. I've grasped the foundation and have successfully applied HTML, CSS and JavaScript in building a project in this coding workshop.
I am a Special Education Teacher with no experience in coding. Coding is something completely outside of the box for me and that is exactly what I was looking for. This class was presented in a way that I enjoyed and learned a lot from. I'm looking forward to sign up for the next class.
This was a tough ride! However with all the systematic lessons by Matt and the support from other SheCoders in Slack, it made it so much easier for me. I truly enjoyed all the classes! So so happy to finish my SheCodes Plus and can't wait to learn more. Thank you SheCodes and team! Truly amazing learning journey!

I have really enjoyed SheCodes so far! I love that it feels as if they thought of any possible event/question that you might have and gave you the tools to overcome them before you even had to reach out for help! Matt is also incredibly good at explaining things simply and logically, which makes learning much more enjoyable. I used to see coding as something only a few (that had studied for years and years) could understand, but thanks to SheCodes, now I know that if you have the right people to teach you and have your heart set to learn it, you can start understanding a few things since day 1!

I have been working at a technology company and even though I don't use coding on my day-to-day, I realized how much of a difference understanding the basics can make. I decided to do this course because I attended one of the free workshops and I thought was easy to understand. I always had an interest in technology and I remember sitting in my room all day as a teenager, in front of my computer, coding new looks for my personal blog. This brought me back to those moments and I am very grateful. It's been a fun journey and it made me want to learn more.
One of my favorite workshops yet! I learned how to create an entire responsive webpage embedded with media such as videos, music, social media posts, etc. This was quite enlightening and overall fun!
Matt's teaching style is spectacular; it's an evident step-by-step approach, and the exercises are efficient. I look forward to continuing to learn from this exciting world of JS.

I had never thought that coding would be something that I would be interested in, but I decided to take a leap of faith as I knew that my desired career path could potentially go hand in hand with coding! SheCodes has taken the fear of coding away from me and has only made me want to delve deeper into the world of coding and has made it so easy to learn something that I once thought was impossible for me to get a grasp onto! I couldn't recommend SheCodes enough!
SheCodes Responsive was a very tough workshop. But with Matt's hands-on videos and explanations, he made it very easy to understand. At the end of this workshop, I realized I have learned so much! I enjoyed working on my portfolio and will definitely be using these techniques throughout my coding journey.

SheCodes Plus was super challenging for me, but so rewarding. Juggling my final semester of university and the workshop was overwhelming but i am so glad i finished it! I have learned so much from this workshop and working on the final project was super fun, even when i got stuck and found it difficult, i was able to work on my debugging skills and pay extra attention to details. All in all, amazing workshop. On to the next one!
I appreciate the step by step instructions so you don't even realize you are learning complex solutions.

Not the kind of learning experience that suited me the best, I ended up reading up on most things on my own from other sources, but of course, an online workshop like this can't suit everyone which is absolutely fine. Just find it lacking in some basic features I think should be able to fit into a 3-week course. But again, that might also be more or less personal preference.
Absolutely enjoying learning more and more of coding, I took a small break due to other things but couldn't wait to get back on and finish my project. Time to start the next and last stage of Shecodes coding lessons.
I have always wanted to start learning how to code. I did the Basics course, the Plus and finished the Responsive, and I am so happy with what I learned so far! With SheCodes I feel motivated to keep going: the courses are really well structured and the content really well explained. Thank you SheCodes!
When I began the workshop, I didn't know much about coding. But now, I'm excited to tell you about finishing the SheCodes workshop and diving into the coding world. This workshop has been amazing, helping me learn so much. It's given me new skills and a better understanding of how coding works
When i started with SheCode basic i was a bit slow due to juggling between work and school. I tried by all means to complete all the homeworks as well as learning levels. All the guide provided has been really helpful and very easy to understand. The journey at SheCode basic has really been amazing. I can now say am able to develop my own website with html, css and Javascript. Thank you so much for the experience with SheCode basic
A fantastic opportunity to progress further than the sheCodes Basics workshop. It was really useful to learn extra HTML/CSS/JavaScript tips to help improve the overall functionality and style of a standard website. Really easy to follow and there is always a brilliant team at hand to help whenever you are feeling stuck!
Very interesting course, react is definately a step up from what we've been learning so far. However, once you start to break everything down into components it all starts to make sense. Will definately be practicing some beginner projects on my own too.
I am extremely satisfied with SheCodes workshops and grateful for the opportunity to complete this course for free, thanks to SheCodes Foundation. As someone with no IT background, I thought to myself "what have I gotten myself into this time around?", the moment I saw all the codes that I couldn't read or understand, I really thought I wouldn't even finish the Intro course as I didn't even have the confident to continue with the first lesson, but to my surprise I fell in love with coding and wanting to code more and it was all because of my wonderful instructor Matt. He made coding seem very easy and enjoyable, which made me want to learn more about coding. I'm glad I decided to join SheCodes, it's amazing how quickly one can acquire new skills so fast only because of this wonderful workshop and great teacher, who made it easy and enjoyable to learn.
Super great so far, I haven't been in a computer for years and learned so much more with SheCodes then in my whole my life! can't wait to continue with the rest of it!

SheCodes program is absolutely wonderful and I wish everyone who is learning code could have the same experience. Every topic is broken down really well for you to understand the elements in-depth. There is 24 hour assistance and can work at you own pace due to the flexibility of the dates which is amazing.

I learned a lot in this three-week course. I went from not knowing anything about coding to being able to make a simple website. It´s a perfect course for beginners or for people who just want to find out if coding is something for them. In my case - I love coding and i want to take part in another course. So I really recommend it!

In this three weeks of learning, I believe I did not only learn the skill of coding but the skill of patients, and learning how to speak to myself positively. Great workshop! Learned a lot, also because I sometimes tried stuff before the explanation and only went further when it (finally) worked or I had ran out of ideas of how to make it work. As always, great videos that are easy to follow. Also good to see there are optional parts if you want the extra challenge.
I've thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was challenging without be infuriating as there are plenty of places to get help should you need it. I've improved so much since the basic course and a few friends who are developers are so impressed with how much I've learnt in such a short space of time. I am too, really! Really excited for the next workshop already.
Coding was completely new to me and far outside of my comfort zone. When I started looking into learning the basics I found the amount of online advice overwhelming and a lot of the information difficult to understand for a complete beginner. This course broke it into practical and easy to understand steps and there was support available if you became stuck at any point. Would highly recommend!
I'm so excited to have finished the SheCodes Plus workshop! I can't believe how much I've learned. I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it, even when things got tough. I learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I'm now confident that I can create my own websites and web applications. JavaScript was definitely the most challenging for me, but I was able to overcome it with the help of the SheCodes resources, especially Athena AI. My final project was a weather application that fetches live data from a weather API. It was a challenging project, but it was also so much fun! I learned so much about weather data and how to display it in a user-friendly way. I would highly recommend the SheCodes workshop to anyone who is interested in learning how to code. It's an amazing opportunity to learn from experienced instructors and to build a community of supportive women.

I'm so happy with how seamless this program can be implemented into a busy lifestyle. I completed this course while working part-time + completing my college courses. The option to extend homework lessons and have help anytime of day allowed me to take my time with this course in confidence. There is so much to learn but the design of this program and the resources provided makes the completion easily within reach.
