I personally has had an amazing encounter with SheCodes through learning, doing challenges, homeworks and projects. I recommend SheCodes as I have learnt a lot of coding which I can be able to apply to my daily life. I am determined to learn more through SheCodes. Ever since I started coding with shecode, I have learnt a lot from shecode, and I will gladly recommend friends and family who are interested in coding to Shecode.
Really enjoyed this workshop, can feel lots of the things I have learnt coming together. I find that I'm recognising errors in my code quicker, working out where mistakes are by methodically going back through the code or recognising that something changed or ammended resulted in the code not working and something that has been replying that Matt said about it being trial and error felt somewhat comforting when I was stuck on a problem and had tried a number of ways to fix it before finding the solution... As always everyone is very supportive in the Slack community, and for the sometimes intense mental challlenge this took out of me, I have a great project at the end that was fin to create.
I am thrilled to graduate from a comprehensive React course. This workshop was very in-depth and included instruction about how to build a responsive website from scratch with all the components previously learned-HTML, CSS as well as adding Bootstrap and ensuring it would be clearly visible on other devices such as iPads and mobile phones.

I enjoyed this workshop because it contained all HTML, CSS, and JS. Learned a lot of new tricks with javascript, and AI. Never went on ChatGPT or really any AI website, till now and it was very interesting. I find it quite humorous that you have to talk to the AI a certain way for it to "help you". So in short this a good, short, and knowledgeable course.

Here is the journey of learning React and it has truly been a major accomplishment for me! Despite the relatively short duration of the course, being able to successfully create intricate workshops has significantly boosted my self-confidence. Absolutely amazing course. All the other courses I looked at seemed very intimidating, whereas the SheCodes layout is perfect. This was a great introduction to coding. I thought the videos were very easy to follow. The weekly homework assignments were aligned to what we learned in the videos. It also allowed us to do a little exploration on our own which I loved.

React was challenging for me. It can be easy to forget things when you don't have the opportunity to keep practicing so learning something new in each lesson can be alot, especially if working a full time job during the day. I would highly recommend to anyone learning coding to practice skills further than class/homework if you have some extra time. SheCodes provides opportunities to put your skills to use with challenges on top of the weekly homework. As challenging as this workshop was, I would still recommend it. I think coding skills can be very valuable.

This workshop gave me the clearest introduction to coding I could imagine! I alaways used to think coding would be super complicated, but I've learned now that it's all about logic and it has to be as easy and clean as possible.

This module has been pretty challenging but very interesting and rewarding. Diving into Vanilla JavaScript was not easy ..well sometimes frustrating when stuck. It required a lot of concentration while learning from the SheCodes modules, and it also demanded a significant amount of practice. There were many times when I thought, "Aha, I have understood the concept," but when I tried to code, I got stuck. This prompted me to go back and watch the videos and read related code snippets that had been provided. I appreciate what I have learned so far at SheCodes; the modules are well-paced and well-elaborated. I look forward to the next workshops and continue practicing to further mold my understanding. The 8-week SheCodes workshop has been nothing but transformative. From learning about the advanced page animation techniques using JavaScript to integrating APIs into my very own code to fetch real data. This course helped me understand some of the work dynamics that developers are exposed to as I was also taught about the code management tools used in web development and how one can utilize them. I definitely learned a lot and found some elements challenging, however, I enjoyed the learning process and feel like dipping my toes in has helped me get an idea if whether or not I want to take the big plunge of going through the other courses.
