The SheCodes classes are very easy to understand from HTML to CSS and even JavaScript in the Basics Workshop. The challenges are a bit challenging (as the word challenges says) but they are really fun at the same time. Another thing that I liked is that it allows you to work at your own pace. 10/10. Highly recommend it.
This is the second course I've taken and it's SO MUCH FUN. Very rewarding and challenging to do each challenge. I love all the extra tools that are provided too.

You learn a bit more about the events of Javascript and how you can use them, he also goes a bit more in depth of forms and their various inputs and shows how they can be used. The final project was super fun to do and it was a good challenge to put the whole project together.

The past 2 weeks were incredibly fun! I loved learning about the dropdown form (and the timezones). The challenges were very fun and easy to understand. This was a great introduction to Python and nice insight to back-end Python. Matt broke everything down into small steps and repeated the most important codes at the end of the course to make it easier to understand. This AI add-on workshop was an excellent learning experience. I am able to explored AI tools and platforms, and I have gained insights into how they can be integrated into existing systems to enhance functionality and efficiency. This has been one of my favorite projects to work on. I love graphs and data so I truly enjoyed this. I went through phases working with Python. I was so excited to start, then had moments of doubt, but in the end, I loved it. Matt make learning Python super fun and enjoyable. Python was a language I wanted to learn, and didn't want to just watch a tutorial and not know what I was doing, so I was super excited to see SheCodes had a Python Basics and Advanced. I am excited to use my new skills more and build more projects with Python.

A very educational couple of weeks with lots of fun learning stuff I didnt think I could to in this short amout of time. Enjoyed it a lot and will definitly continue on the coding journey.
In this workshop, I acquired new techniques and tools for web development. I delved deeper into HTML input types and select elements, learning how to build more sophisticated forms. I also explored JavaScript timing events, including setTimeout and setInterval, and developed various methods to format date and time displays. Additionally, I learned how to install external libraries, such as Moment.js and Moment Timezone via CDN. While working extensively with JavaScript presented challenges, I ultimately succeeded in displaying the current time and date for specific locations around the world. I had a lot of fun.
I always come back to SheCodes when I need to build some confidence. The bitesize steps make learning so much fun. I use a LOT of Matt's tips in my coding day job, the industry perspective is so valuable. Another very positive experience :)

Challenging but fun
Excellent course, really built upon the initial course, and things became a lot easier to work out. Using the SheCodes API options added an extra challenge as these weren't utilised in the videos, so being able to work this out for myself gave me great confidence. Well explained in all parts, and the final project was super fun to build, watching it all come together at the end.
Once again, this was a great experience!!!π I had fun learning new tools and experimenting different ways to enhance and make a website look prettier.
Had fun learning and creating my final project. It was frustrating running into some roadblocks, but it's a great feeling once I figured out what went wrong in the code.
This project challenged me to improve how I styled and coded. I had some trouble, but the support team on slack got me back on track, and then I ended up having fun with this project and enjoying the website I made.

I've always had a fascination with coding but didn't think it was something I could learn. I somehow got it in my head that coding was something that only those smarter than myself understood. Python is such a widely used language. I'm so happy that SheCodes expanded their library of workshops to include python. I took 3 python classes in college, but we never used API calls. This workshop was so much fun!
