An amazing and intense 3 week course! I've absolutely loved how easy and structured SheCodes have made it. Matt is amazing at explaining everything in simple ways, and the community and help you receive is more than I imagined. Really pleased to have the Basics which will really help me in my job roles, and even as a side hobby. My appreciation for developers really began when I became a Product Manager working in health tech. It was then I realised how much goes into developing a product. As a Product Manager I had to ensure I told the "story" about how users need to be engaging with the product, but had little to no understanding of how the developers actually thought. This basics course with SheCodes has really given me an amazing insight into the developer/coding world. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it certainly has broken a lot of misconceptions that coders are introverts and quiet - The SheCodes community is amazing and I've met extroverts, ambiverts and all kind of personalities whilst learning. For those people who told me I shouldn't and couldn't do this, I DID it and I LOVED it! Thank you SheCodes!

I'm so happy I signed up for SheCodes!!! I have been interested in learning how to code for a while, but I couldn't find a program that worked for me. Until SheCodes! The lessons are great, and the community is also amazing. I like that there are assignments due because, in the past, with programs that didn't have that, I would just stop doing it. I am so glad that I have the opportunity to study in the SheCodes project. I find the entire content to be very well-organized and easy to understand. I had some coding experiences before but this one was totally different. The team is amazing. It is very comforting and inspiring to have them ready to help all the time. You have access to other participants' projects and it's a wonderful opportunity to learn more. The community is active on Slack and it's growing constantly. Above all, I think the most valuable part of the project is the SheCodes Foundation which supports women in need all around the world. They offer their programs to a lot of women completely for free. I am grateful for every thing you do SheCodes, and I highly recommend you to everyone who feels a little spark inside for coding.

I recently finished SheCodes Basic, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! This program gave me the tools to start my journey into tech, and I am so thankful for it. It was an amazing journey to learn designing an application from the beginning to end. Although this is not the end of my learning process, I loved coding with Matt and would totally recommend it to anyone eager to learn from a wonderful teacher.

SheCodes has been AMAZING thus far! I have zero coding experience or background (just simply an interest in coding). I was seeking to transition from an entirely new career outside of healthcare to a more technical/IT career path. I love how thorough the courses are and break explanations down to a 1st-grade level so that it is easy to understand and follow along. SheCodes has exceeded my expectations and fear of jumping into a new field!
I have loved every minute of this workshop, diving into some advanced HTML/CSS/JavaScript. It was not easy, but the clear explanations and encouraging words of Matt, and the support of the supportteam on Slack really help you get through. The knowledge I gained and the results of the final project are amazing and really motivate me to learn more! I'm ready for the next workshop! :)
This was very good experience. The best thing is that this knowledge can be used wherever it's possible. Now i can do many things with rather small size of information, this is amazing! I'm very glad that i started this interesting trip, and i'm proud that i can finish it with success!!

This Add-on workshop was loads of fun. I learned some amazing skills in javascript that I can apply to some more complex future projects. It was the right amount of challenging and fun. Looking forward to the responsive workshop next!

I have thoroughly enjoyed what I have learned in these past 3 weeks. I started not knowing how to code in HTML at all, and now have made 2 projects on my own. I now feel comfortable creating a portfolio to showcase my work and start applying for jobs! I plan to return and enroll in SheCodes plus as soon as I can! This is an amazing program, I have referred others as well!
I just finished the amazing 5 weeks of SheCodes Responsive. There were a lot of new and hard stuff. And now i can built realy good websites. I definitely recomend this workshop to everyone.

I truly enjoyed building the Weather App, I struggled sometimes I'm not going to lie. However, if we start thinking and trying to find solutions we'll get there. This has been an amazing opportunity and challenging experience. I first came into it just wanting to try something new, and now have fallen in love with coding. I'm hoping to pursue a degree in computer science but wasn't sure if I'd really get the hang of coding or be genuinely interested for that matter. After seeing several videos and attending their webinar I decided to enroll in SheCodes and its been an amazing experience. Communicating with matt and gaining the confidence and interest has allowed me to come a long way in my coding journey. I'm so happy I began with SheCodes Basics, it definitely enhanced my patience and problem solving skills when things got a bit hard. Overall the information is great as well as all of the tools SheCodes offers, i'm looking to enroll in Shecodes Plus next and would recommend it for anyone in the future!!

I am amazed at this program! I have coded in the past but mostly HTML + CSS with no JavaScript. This beginner course really solidified my passion for coding and web design. Matt is such a great teacher, the logic and the structure of the program made it so easy to learn the basics. All the lessons were just long enough to give you context and the challenged we're so well done. I enjoyed how some challenged added elements we hadn't learned into them, allowing us to learn in the wild and be more resourceful. The resources provided were great, and I am truly ready to dive deeper into the SheCodes program. Thank you for such an amazing experience and program. I am looking forward to continuing my journey. Amazing that you just after 8 weeks are able to build a simple website. Some parts of coding can be challenging, but I love that the languages have a clear structure and logic to them. And together with HTML and CSS, you can be very creative.
As everything we do in life, even learning how to code can be frustrating sometimes but with this amazing team and all the support from the community everything is possible. I'm so proud to have my first app online and I couldn't be more proud of myself! It wouldnβt have been possible without SheCodes!

I enjoyed this course very much, for someone new to coding, this workshop was fairly easy to follow. Each task allowed me to practice and advance my coding skills; the instructor did an amazing job explaining the content in a short but comprehensive way. Specifically, creating the weather app for the final project was a really fun challenge.

Believe it or not, I was skeptical (at first). I did not envision this introductory coding workshop to be THIS fun! I really enjoyed it from beginning to end! 10/10! π Not only did they reinforce what were taught during the lessons, the weekly challenges and final project allowed for creativity, and actually motivated me to enjoy the coding experience even more! Slack was amazing as well! As someone with limited coding skills, these hands-on lessons gave me the confidence, now, coding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and not scare me away! SheCodes gave me the best introduction to coding. I think it can be difficult, especially when one small error can cause a piece of code to not run. Everyone should sign up, and the fact that it is affordable yet informative is amazing. I'm excited to keep going.
Although this was a shorter course as opposed to the SheCodes Plus workshop, it is still jam packed with such valuable information that I was able to implement and understand immediately. Hello, I think taking Shecode workshop was defiantly a great decision. At first I was a little hesitant because Iβm a busy mom of two toddlers. I spent about 1-2 hrs per day on the lessons. Matt is at amazing teacher he really breaks down each lesson for easy understanding. This workshop was 3 weeks long and it covered the fundamentals . I would defiantly take more shecodes workshops.
Well-structured videos, you never get bored, if you have any struggles, you can always get help on slack. I had amazing 5 weeks, and I am so proud of myself completing the final project. Highly recommend and waiting to start next workshop!
I decided to continue learning with SheCodes because my experiences have always been incredible.
