I didn’t know a thing about coding. I remember trying to learn but was always crying because I couldn’t understand it. I thought coding wasn’t for me but shecodes proved me wrong. I’m so happy I came across this amazing platform.
I want to say a big thank you to shecode, and matt Delac. this workshop has really help me a lot in my career into coding I cant begin to describe the amount of knowledge have gain for the past three weeks it has been really helpful and I built my first webpage, I had no idea I could do something that amazing.
SheCodes React was definitely the most challenging course in SheCodes! I enjoyed learning a new framework. Amazing how you can learn difficult things in easy way.

As a multimedia student I was looking for a course to learn HTML from to increase my knowledge on coding and web design, so the SheCodes program was an amazing opportunity for me to develop a new skill. I recommend SheCodes to anyone who works in media-related fields because I believe it's important to gain insight on how the tools we deal with everyday work, and SheCodes is an amazing resource to receive education from and practice with. The lessons are short but highly informative, the deadlines are very flexible and easy to fit in a busy schedule and the community is kind and amazing. Overall a 10/10 experience.

It is definitely an amazing course. The first course in JS which was clear to me. Before I used to drop off the courses as I felt stuck and not understanding anything. As for this course, I was passionate about it and excited about the challenges and homeworks. Frankly saying, just before this course I decided that programming is not my thing, but I decided to give it a last chance with SheCodes and you know what, I am again in love with programming and full of motivation and enthusiasm. I would HIGHLY recommend the SheCodes Basics course to anyone wanting to learn how to code! Matthieu has made the contents of the course so easy to follow and understand. It was an amazing experience.
I programmed a Weather App to enable users search for their current location, the location they reside, and other locations. I also used a metric unit to enable users toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit degree, dependent on their location. It has been a mind blowing journey and it was really tasking, glad I got the result I needed. Thank you Matt for the lessons on React. It's definitely complicated, and coding can be super frustrating especially when the entire project isn't working because of a super tiny mistake. But!
