Transitioning into project management since April 2022 and I have been taking a series of courses online, I joined a forum of project managers online and one thing that was mentioned to keep me ahead in this role is I should know the basics of Coding. surprisingly I am a medical laboratory scientist and have never coded in my life because I believe these are roles for men not until I came across SheCodes during my search for a platform to learn to code. this journey has been great and as someone with zero knowledge who now knows the basics of coding, it blows my mind. I am really grateful to the team on slack for their quick response to questions and to Matt you are amazing. joining the SheCodes plus class as soon as possible because, with the basic knowledge, I don't think project management will be enough maybe I can be a web developer or a skilled engineer...
SheCodes is a great opportunity to dive into the world of coding and take the first steps. The programme was comprehensive, easy to follow and diverse in topics. After a few hours I could already see improvements and really enjoyed the challenges. Matt is very good at explaining, and the exercises were completely doable. I would always recommend the course further, as it is amazing!

After doing the She Codes Basics course I got a taste of coding and I loved the challenge so I jumped in and decided to continue my coding journey. At times challenging, but so rewarding when you can see your hard work coming together. Would recommend to everyone with aspirations to learn to code.

In this workshop, we learned week by week how to create a real-time weather app. It was so cool!!! We also learned how to host it online for free. It is such an amazing feeling being able to create something and actually make it available on the web. It feels more real.

Shecodes Plus was definitely challenging but so worth it. I was able to build an amazing weather app and really make it my own. I'm proud to be a part of these workshops and can't wait until the next one. I have always been so scared of coding, it looks so intense. SheCodes made coding not only fun but easy to understand. I found myself so excited to get to the next lesson and learn more. Matt does an amazing job explaining and breaking down all of the areas you need to code successfully. I do not think I have ever taken a course where the homework didn't feel like homework! With SheCodes the weekly homework assignments just added to the experience. The final project was so much fun to piece together. There were definitely moments I got stuck but Matt is an excellent teacher and prepares you with all of the tools you will need to hand in a successful project! I truly enjoyed the course in its entirety.

Course is just amazing for the beginners. Easy to follow and to stay on schedule. The lessons are split in a practical and convenient way. It is a lot of fun to do the challenges and the homework. Finding motivation was never an issue.
