I recently had the pleasure of partaking in the SheCodes Plus Workshop, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. As someone who had little to no prior coding knowledge, I was initially hesitant about diving into such a technical subject. However, SheCodes has made the learning process not only easily accessible but also enjoyable. The final project here is chosen wisely. After creating it I realised how constant practice and learning help in achieving the amazing results. Not long time ago I was surprised when the phrase "Hello, World!" appeared on the white screen after writing it in the HTML. Now, thanks to the SheCodes, I created the personal site-portfolio. Of course, I have a long way to go. There are many things to learn, to master, there will be ups and downs. I realised that programming is not only about the skills, it`s about the mindset. It`s about perseverance, problem solving, steadiness. Programming can be very frustrating, but it is incredibly rewarding too. The She Codes Responsive workshop for me is the stage when it seems like you know a lot, but in reality you discover that there are more and more techniques, which can make the sites more comfortable to use, more user-friendly and responsive. This workshop was an amazing experience! I enjoyed each challenge and the final project was such an enjoyable activity. My name is Sthandiwe Msweli from South Africa and my coding journey so far has been amazing. So before I started coding I graduated in Business and information Manangement and I was not happy with what I've studyed but because I wanted to have a qulification and get a job so I can earn a living so i went on with it. Fast cracking my story after I graduated had no luck in finding a job so after a year, on my second year of staying at home without any luck of getting a job, I did a free trail in coding on some bootcamp and I fall inlove with it but to enroll to that bootcamp you needed funding which I did'nt have. So I did my reserch and I ended up founding SheCodes Foundation that when I start my coding journey and it has been a wonderful journey and I thank the Lord for this opportunity still on it and excicted for more learning and more adventure in coding π plus I have completed my shecodes plus it was challenging but yet amazing experience the fact that I now have my first project that operates with real life data it amazes me Iβm learning a lot can not wait for my next lessons and project β€οΈ

Throughout the bootcamp, I had the opportunity to work on three projects that showcased my newfound coding skills. These projects were specifically tailored to be beginner-friendly, enabling me to apply my knowledge in practical and engaging ways. The satisfaction I felt upon completing each project was immeasurable. It was truly amazing to see my ideas come to life, thanks to the solid foundation I acquired from the bootcamp.
it was a really challenging stage using React for the first time, it wasnt easy but it is definitely worth it. I learnt so much and it is truly amazing.

The course is really immersive and requires repeat practice of the teachings through challenges; as such, I've been able to embed my learning and I have the confidence to independently seek out further knowledge from external resources as suggested throughout the course. SheCodes has given me a better understanding of coding. After following the Basic course back in 2021, I didn't do anything with my learnt skills. Despite that, I was able to complete the Basic add-on course relatively easily and had a blast during . It's amazing to see that Shecodes is able to quickly offer in-depth insights into coding that will stick with you for years.

SheCodes Plus is truly a great course, 11/10! I never thought I could make such a nice project. Before taking this course, I believed that learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be as hard as teaching calculus to baby haha. Even with the times of stress and frustration when I felt stuck doing a homework, I felt proud of the work I've done so far. What an amazing yet scary journey! This being something completely foreign, made it both scary and frustrating. However, I best channeled that energy by pushing myself to learn more and do more, and soon enough, the fear and frustration, added to the excitement - it motivated me to keep going. This has been a life-changing experience. I never thought I would embark on a journey to learn how to code because, in reality, opportunities like these are far too few for Black women, where I'm from (earth) and I am truly grateful for the opportunity and the doors that this course will open. I am sad this chapter is finished but extremely excited for what's yet to come!! This has been the most engaging online course I've ever enrolled in. I cannot thank Matt and the SheCodes team enough!
