This coding workshop was the perfect stepping stone into coding! If you are a total beginner (like me) this is a great place to start.
I was hesitant to enroll to this bootcamp as I have already background with front end web dev but since they had back to school discount so I took the chance because its cheaper than any other bootcamp. So far I am enjoying it.
Instruction videos are great to follow. Good analogies used, to help understand concepts, eg. variables being a box that you can assign to put different stuff in.
I'm truly happy that i got a chance to learn the basic of coding because I've learnt a lot through it .
It was great fun. The videos are very easy to understand and the tasks are a great way to learn coding. I will definitely continue with the next course π©πΌβπ«.

Having done some Python previously, the workshop was a decent way to expand on my knowledge in a bit more of a structured way. I DIYed the final project before watching the videos and found it a fun challenge.
Fun course that was easy to follow along with, and help available if you ever get stuck.

fun but frustrating to learn
My journey with SheCode has been amazing, learning to code has been a transformative experience. At first i was hesitant i dont want to lie but as time goes i started to enjoy coding special if you have an instructor like Matt, his videos explain everything in details and the lesson challeges really boosted my confidence.I really appreciated that if i got stuck with my code i was able to ask Athenna or the Slack communities. Joining SheCode has really helped me with the career path i want to take next.

These past 8 weeks were the most challenging yet rewarding. Seeing my project come to life as the weeks progressed and learning the different loops and advanced coding was surreal. easy to follow
An interesting and fun course on advanced techniques in Python, data manipulation and visualization, and good coding practices. As a mid-level developer, I wasn't bored either. The tasks were challenging enough, and along the way I got new ideas on how to improve my code writing even more. This was a great opportunity to test my skills and learn something new. Regardless of experience level, the skills learned in this course are very useful for developing a programming career.
Wow I finished! It was a lot of ups and downs trying to make sense of React and to get used to the fact not all is logical, but it was worth it.

Fun and challenging at the same time.
I have really enjoyed building my world-clock. The project has allowed me to further enhance my coding skills, specifically in JavaScript. I was able to build a clock that was ultimately functional and user friendly.
This was highly challenging yet fun especially the project. i kept on making mistakes there and there but overall i learnt alot and confidently believe that i can do this on my own.
It is not easy to study!
I feel in love with CSS - loved styling my page and learning some tips & tricks about how to make a page much more interesting.
It was really great to have detailed lessons that focussed on perfecting grids and making everything responsive. Learning how to embed media was also an important step. Amazing!

I took this class to gain a better understanding of python and matplotlib and apply it to my work. It was a really good choice as I had a fabulous experience doing SheCode's front end development courses back during the start of the pandemic. I really like Matt's teaching style, and although I didn't make much use of the community (the questions asking mechanism that the community provided earlier was now replaced by Athena, which is a fabulous tool as well), I had a really good time and will probably go back and do some of SheCodes ad-ons that they've released since I graduated my earlier courses. Happy to now have foundational knowledge of Python which will help me steer with my further experience / knowledge development. Thanks SheCodes!

The Plus Add-on workshop was such a fantastic bonus. It allowed me to extend my knowledge further by diving deeper into JavaScript. Learning how to manipulate dates and times, use APIs, and create sophisticated forms was challenging but ultimately worthwhile. I am very proud of the outcome of the World Clock App project I built.

It was not easy at first but I am grateful to have come this far, especially learning another new skill. The lessons were clear and concise, and it was easy for me to understand every steps.
I've been passionate about tech since high school, where I was the only girl in my Computer Application Technology class. I wasn't aware of opportunities like SheCodes that offer free technology education. I'm thrilled to have joined SheCodes and am extremely grateful for it.
SheCode basic was my first introduction to coding, i was always curious about coding, i just didn't know where to start and i didn't know that it was broad, but SheCode came to the rescue, thank you very much SheCode and thank you very much Matt for your wonderful teaching style.
The course dives deeper into JavaScript and API integrations, making it perfect for anyone who wants to build more dynamic, interactive projects. The tutorials are well-explained and build upon the basics, helping you to understand more complex concepts step by step. I especially enjoyed the practical projects, which allowed me to apply JavaScript and APIs in a real-world scenario.
I did SheCodes Basics and I absolutely enjoyed completing the homework and the project. It is not hard at all and very easy to learn. I would 100% recommend this to everyone. I'm now looking into completing all the other courses including python and hopefully get into a tech related career as I've realised this is now my passion and something I genuinely enjoy.
It's getting more fun with every project I complete.
