SheCodes Plus was the perfect course to learn and unleash my creativity in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The SheCodes team is kind and attentive. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn front-end dev skills and have a great time doing it.
SheCodes was a GREAT introductory course for someone looking to dip into the world of code. The classes were taught at a great pace + I always had support despite it being an online course. SheCodes is more than a course, you're signing up to be a part of a community!
After completing SheCodes Basics, the SheCodes Plus course was a steep learning curve – but I knew I had support every step of the way. The in-depth lessons of this course have helped me understand how to connect CSS, Javascript, and HTML to work with one another, as well as how to integrate APIs effectively. All in all, I've gained new and practical knowledge. If you're someone looking to take your coding skills to the next level, I highly recommend this course!

It was a truly fun experience to get some basic understanding of how coding actually works! I've been self-learning to code for about 5 months now and taking this workshop really help solidify the knowledge I had been trying to suck into my brain. After taking this workshop I feel more confident to just code and learn as I go and keep adding more knowledge to the library in my head!
I never wrote a single line of code before the course, and yet I could complete the final project without any major difficulties. Matt is incredible and his classes are so easy to follow. I am so happy I found SheCodes! I had been learning how to code on my own for a few months already. And though I did learn quite a bit, I was struggling a lot. I felt lost in this new world, and it was very easy to procrastinate. This course was amazing. I was able to start with no experience in coding at all and everything was explained and demonstrated really well in the lessons. The final project allowed you to put what you learnt into practice and also challenge yourself! I highly recommend it!

I've learned HTML and some CSS and no JavaScript at all prior. I signed up for this workshop as a way to dip my feet into web development with the ultimate aim of switching careers into tech. The workshop structure made it easy to learn the basic introductory concepts for each of the three programming languages. The short video lessons (with supplemental documentation) taught the concepts in small manageable chunks. The lesson challenge exercises, solution thereafter, weekly assignment, and finally the project force you apply the concepts all the while keeping you accountable so you start AND finish the workshop. Great workshop on the basics. I enjoyed it. Thank you Matt and the SheCodes team!
Really nice workshop. I researched for some options and asked for advice before choosing it, and it seemed like the best one if you want to have some human feedback at a reasonable price. And it didn't disappoint :)

This workshop was amazing! I really appreciate the fact that the course is pre-recorded, as it gave me freedom to do things on my own pace. Lessons were very informative, clear and straight-up to the point. I would reccomend SheCodes to anyone who wants to start coding, as it is an incredible introduction to three coding languages! I am very satisfied with the knowledge I gained during the 3 weeks. Another big plus is the SheCodes community, great women helping and supporting eachother in the group.
After working through the basic workshop, I knew I had to take coding a bit further. The Plus workshop is certainly a challenge, but I feel more confident than ever that I can tackle any task or problem presented to me. I've started accepting client projects already, and while there's still much to learn, it feels great to have made it this far! Onwards to REACT!

Having completed shecodesBasics, I really enjoyed it and decided to take the next step to ShecodesPlus. This one was much more challenging and it took me much longer than expected (due to being on maternity leave and looking after a young baby full time!). The team are very understanding and supportive and I genuinely don't think there is another course out there like this one. Thanks so much to the Shecodes team for producing this course for people like me! Definitely taking it even further and going on to do React as I've learnt so much already and keen to learn more!

SheCodes Plus was indeed challenging as JavaScript can be super confusing and not at all intuitive to a complete beginner. After completing this course, I can confidently present my weather app that I coded (and actually understood the process of) through Matt's efficient and eloquent way of teaching. Anyone can code but not many can create such a well thought out module, his own platform and most importantly, teach. I'm looking forward to learning more in SheCodes React.
This section was a little more challenging than I originally thought, but once I learned everything and how it all interacts with each other then it made sense. I know feel more comfortable with coding and the logic behind why things are done the way they are makes even more sense. I am excited to keep moving forward with the program and learn even more and to see how things keep building on each other. If you are considering getting into coding this is the program to do it with!! The instructor and the group of helpers he has are just phenomenal!! They are quick to respond and are positive and encouraging but also help you to see your mistakes, and fix them.

Perfect course to do after SheCodes Pro and the most useful in practise, because building a site is something "basic" but hard to do properly and SheCodes Responsive gets you there.
I came in as a complete beginner, and I feel like I've learned so much! I like that there is so much practice throughout. As a teacher, I'm amazed at how well the program is designed, with just enough info at a time and then opportunities to practice.
I have been dancing around the idea of learning to code but found most bootcamps too expensive. Then I stumbled upon SheCodes and it has been the most rewarding experience. The basic workshop allows one to "test" the coding waters without too much of an investment of time or money. Matt is an awesome instructor, making each lesson enjoyable and easy to follow. I highly recommend SheCodes to any woman interested in code. I plan to continue my coding journey with SheCodes.
