SheCodes is wonderful, I love it! It is my first coding course and everything here is perfect. Been interested in learning to code for awhile as I work in a software development company, this course has been brilliant to learn the basics and feel super proud of how much I have learnt already!
The SheCodes basic workshop is a great introductory course for those looking to learn different languages and explore different opportunities within the realm of coding/programming. The course is easy to follow, you receive help quickly through slack and the deadlines are flexible should you have other commitments such as a full-time job.
I have really learnt a lot ...the experience is amazing I would actually recommend SheCodes to any lady who is interested in coding.

Well-structured workshop for getting familiar with JavaScript while building an application. This is a very good foundation for the frontend development learning path.
The SheCodes PLUS workshop was very challenging, but the team was as always very helpful, and I am quite proud of the result 🌈 I learned a lot throughout the weeks!

This course definitely was challenging but in all the best ways. It allows you to trial and error what works and work your way through why something doesn't work. The team was a great help in helping me when I was stuck on a problem. This makes me feel better prepared to continue on with my learning.
As someone who knew 0% on how to code, there were plenty of TikTok videos that stated coding as a fun, new career path. BUT it wasn't until I saw & attended a free SheCodes coding class that I was convinced coding can be fun, AND can be my new career path! Having completed the SheCodes Basics Workshop, I can confidently say I didn't feel alone in the learning progress whatsoever; fellow classmates from around the world along with reliable tech assistants who offered help in any challenge, or homework I was stuck on. Also the teaching materials were clear to understand, which is why I highly recommend beginners with zero skills in coding to take the SheCodes Basics Workshop! Now that I've built my first project, I'm excited to know what's in store for SheCodes Plus🤩
My learning through these two months was a wonderful experience. Matt was great at explaining every detail of programming. An overall 10/10 experience. Can't wait to begin the next workshops 🤞.
I enjoyed taking this course! It was challenging at times, but the Slack member support and search feature make it so that there's always help when you need it. As a complete beginner, I can honestly say I think it's amazing that in just 3 weeks I learned how to create a webpage! 😄 Cannot wait to continue my coding journey and learn more.

After completing the SheCodes Beginner course, the SheCodes Plus course really challenged me and pushed me outside my comfort zone. I learned a lot of really useful skills and received plenty of help if I was stuck on a problem through the Slack chat with the SheCodes team. I am very proud of what I have learned and accomplished in this course and I am looking forward to continuing on in the SheCodes Pro courses.

I would 100% recommend SheCodes to anyone who wants to begin coding. The lessons can be challenging but Matt explains everything so clearly. You learn so many different technologies and you progress so quickly! I have learned so many things I never thought I could do. I have thoroughly enjoyed completing this course and I can't wait for the next!

Great program to begin learning responsive coding.
I had already done SheCodes Basics and I really liked it, which made me move on to Plus. The experience was great again.. Although the level of difficulty has increased a lot, the teaching method used is very clear and succinct making everything easier. Highly recommend!!
I was struggling to keep myself motivated with other online forms of learning, but was drawn to this course as it had a good structure and deadlines to meet to keep you on task. The addition of a slack community/ help center was what made me choose this course as in the initial steps it was incredibly beneficial being able to look at previous questions or post your own when you are really stuck, while being taught how to figure this out for yourself in the future. Could not fault this course!

I would 100% recommend SheCodes to friends and colleagues who want to learn how to code. The lessons are broken down into manageable chunks and very well explained. Plus if you are stuck or not sure there is a fantastic community on hand to help. I found SheCodes Plus engaging and challenging, and I am so pleased I persisted as the end result is incredibly rewarding. Having a project to show at the end is great for development and a potential career in Coding.

This course was really eye-opening and helped me discover that a career in coding is a possibility for me, and anyone else who puts their mind to it.
Although I am already an I.T. Professional (former Network Specialist), I have been out of the workforce for the past few years due to raising my family. This class felt like the perfect stepping stone for me to get back out into the professional world. Matt is a great teacher and the Basics class was surprisingly very in-depth, clear, and concise. I can't wait to take the more advanced classes and become UTD on the newer libraries and interfaces current employers demand.
Everything about SheCodes has been amazing!!! The classes, the challenges, and the PROJECT! It took me a while to understand JavaScript, but after all the classes I have seen massive improvement from my end.
I always thought that programming is something that is very hard to understand, but as soon as I started, I realized that actually, it is very interesting and creative! It was an incredible experience building my own weather app with the SheCodes team. This is a very well-structured and informative course consisting of step-by-step instructions from HTML basics to APIs and JavaScript functionality. I'm really looking forward to starting the React journey!

It's natural to be skeptical about anything you buy on the internet. I've taken different courses before, and they ended up with disappointment. By recommendation of my manager, I've found SheCodes. I have learned amazing things, challenged by the weekly assignments and meeting the deadlines, and as a result, I've refreshed my memory on HTML, CSS, and Java. Before taking the workshop, I was able to do many things on my own, but the beauty of SheCodes is Matt explains every single thing with the reason behind them. In the end, you know which method you need to choose and why you are choosing it. I loved SheCodes and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Matt and his team, it couldn't be any easier to learn so much without losing any motivation, and only in a few weeks. You truly get out what you put in.
A good way to work on a new project and to add some new front-end competences :) I tried also to use Vectornator for the graphic content.
This workshop is fantastic when it comes to learning about using APIs. Javascript is tough but Matt lays it out really well for beginners.
This course covers pretty complicated and advanced stuff, but Matt clearly explained all of it for us, and I successfully completed the course. I am pretty content with what I have created so far and cannot wait to improve it more!
Matt makes an excellent teacher on the subject matter. Everything built off previous lessons flowing seamlessly. I definitely made the right choice of choosing this workshop!

Another great workshop from SheCodes! Glad I got to dive more in-depth into developments tools being used. The courses provided, there is a good balance of learning and creating. The on-call support through Slack is great to have if needed, but so far the encouragement to independently research solutions where possible is great to prepare for real-world experience.
I can't tell you how awesome SheCodes is, You should enroll workshops then you'll know what am i talking about. if you wanna start front-end development you've find the right place. Matt teaches you as well as possible, It's gonna be a fun journey and also full of learning. Along side the lessons you have access to a wonderful support team that you can ask your questions and as soon as possible you end up finding your way.

SheCodes was fast paced but really enjoyable. The videos explained things really well and it helped to see Matt trial and error things. I hope to take another workshop in the near future. The community on Slack with fellow students and mentors is very helpful for troubleshooting. I wish the feedback for the homework was a little more personable but with so many students I understand that it can't always be, but that's another reason why the community is helpful too. Thanks SheCodes for re-igniting my want to learn to code!
This was a good experience. The lessons are well explained and beginner friendly. I personally commend the fact that we had to build a whole project from scratch on our own.

I liked how each lesson had a challenge that you had to complete and how Matt went over the solution so you could see how a professional would approach it. If you're looking for somewhere to start learning how to code, this class is a good start!
I completed the SheCodes Basic workshop and I have nothing but good things to say about the workshop. Prior to the workshop, I had no background in coding. Now, I can say that I have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. This is a great introductory course for someone who wants to get exposed to the coding world.
Before SheCodes, I knew nothing about front end development, coding and all that comes with it. I had no idea I would be able to accomplish and learn what I did in these last 6 months. I have grown so much as a developer and feel confident enough to make a career switch. Matt is a wonderful instructor! I cannot recommend his courses enough.

I really enjoyed the pace of the course but I feel like I need a lot more practice to be comfortable using these skills. The videos were fantastic and I loved the layout of the website.
In all honesty, I’ve struggled quite a bit in the SheCodes Plus course. Which is why I truly love having the ability to go back and watch previous lessons. I never thought I’d make it this far, and although it’s definitely getting more challenging I’m excited to see how far I can go in the coding realm. :) Thanks again Matt & team!

This was a fun, well-structured course. Matt did a great job breaking down the material into digestible chunks. I enjoyed the format of watch a video to learn a skill, do a challenge to use what you just learned, and then a video to show how the instructor would do it. I felt like I learned a lot in just 3 weeks.

This workshop was a great introduction to help me exploring the coding world. I am thinking of career switching and found out about SheCodes through Instagram. I love that the course is divided into separate parts and the deadlines definitely motivated me to stay on top of it. Matt did a great job explaining the components of HTML, CSS, and Javascript, but also giving us a challenge to explore parts of that on our own. My name is Sandra, I'm a molecular biologist. At university I learned programming in C and I hated it. Since then I have never had the slightest interest in learning to code. Recently, I've been interacting with programmers and I'm fascinated by the amount of things that it is possible to create. I attended to the free SheCodes workshop and I liked the way Matt explained the concepts, so I decided to sign up for SheCodes basic... and I loved it! It was easy to learn the concepts, the challenges at the end of each class made it easier to keep up with the topics. Plus it was super easy manage even with a full-time job. I'm very excited to keep learning and maybe signing up for SheCodes Pro . It was a great learning experience :)

The course seems to be covering all the basics, perhaps a bit hard to understand at points as some points are not well explained and to non-native English speakers this could pose a challenge but once you get over that the course seems to be structured in a simple way for easy learning and I look forward to learning more
