I have been trying to figure out the next step in my career. When I found SheCodes I was unsure if coding was a good fit for me, or if I could handle it. This 3 week course has given me the motivation to continue this journey. Matt makes the lessons clear and easy to follow. I am really looking forward to jumping into the pro course!

For my first introduction coding class, this has been an amazing experience and I was able to learn a lot. Matt teaches in such an effective way that makes it easier to learn and understand the concepts.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing Course! I doubted myself at first but instructor Matt is truly gifted in breaking everything down into morsels. I digested every lesson and enjoyed the challenges. Plus we get to listen to cool music while doing challenges now with She Radio and it creates a smooth flow of thoughts. I can't wait to learn more. I love coding.
SheCodes Basics is a really good course to enter the code world! 😊 It was essential to consolidate some knowledge and learn more about coding. It's very well organised, the videos are simple, but straight to the point, and you can take your time doing all the challenges. This was such an amazing experience! 😊 The course is well structured and organized which makes it really to learn and be motivated throughout, even while working a full-time job. One of its strongest points is that, even while doing the course, I felt the positive effects in my daily job as an Ecommerce and Marketing Manager. I really hope to be able to continue to explore these new skills in the future. Amazing job SheCodes! 💪

I really enjoy this style of learning and was able to grasp what was put in front of me at my own pace. I do wish to keep learning and go over what I was taught to fully grasp these skills. Overall, I think SheCodes has been a really nice program to learn from.

SheCodes Plus is an extremely detailed and intensive program that provides an extensive amount of information in a clean and concise format. I've learned so much about the complexities of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. I'm am excited to embark on the next journey with SheCodes Responsive.
I knew a little html, css and JavaScript going in, but the instructor’s teaching style & organization of lessons made it easy to expand on that knowledge. I’m excited to see what’s next in each new lesson.

This course really made me enjoy learning the basics of coding. The instructor was very friendly, and I didn't feel pressured at all to turn in homework with easy deadlines. I now feel like I've a solid understanding of the basics and am ready to move onto the next step to make this my career!

This was a very interesting and fun learning experience for a total novice in the field of coding. The lessons were easy to follow. When I was stuck on some of the challenges and weekly assignments, the feedback from the team on slack was prompt and helpful. This was overall a good experience. Great course! Very easy to follow and well explained. I like how the material is divided into short videos and you can learn step by step and motivate yourself by finishing each small challenge which leads to a bigger final project.
SheCodes is amazing!! Matt Delac teaches so well and the videos are not long so they are easy to comprehend, I am thankful for this experience and I am confident about the skills I have learned.
It was a great experience to learn coding in the Basics Workshop! The content of the videos was very well explained, so that one could implement the newly learned step by step. It was fun to try out new things in the challenges, to put what we learned into practice and to be creative. To see that you can code simple websites with different functions after a short time and how you develop is very motivating! :) I will definitely continue!
SheCodes basics truly took me from knowing mostly nothing to knowing SOMETHING. The basics of html, css, and javascript were expertly explained and demonstrated by Matt, who has helped to create such a unique, fun, and challenging experience and resource for those actively wanting (or needing) to learn how to code!

SheCodes has given me the tools to expand my coding knowledge! I just finished the Responsive Workshop and I couldn't be happier. I believe it's an important step to take, given that most websites are being used on mobile phones primarly. I am eager to apply everything I've learned to real-life projects.
Before SheCodes I thought that HTML and CSS are very-very-very difficult languages and that I wasn`t 'made' for this. But SheCodes changed my opinion just after the first task.

In comparison to my other coding classes, this was the best course I have ever taken! Matt explains every lesson in a concise and straightforward manner. He has an impressive teaching style, especially when it comes to articulating main points in each lesson. In my opinion, even people who have no prior knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be able to follow and understand this lesson. Furthermore, I can say the content is not too overwhelming, it is just about right in terms of portions. Matt has helped me understand specific cases that had me wondering and finally was able to comprehend why they happened. The coding course has been enjoyable and very informative for me. My first project has finally been completed, and I am happy about it. I am looking forward to the next workshop!

Thank you for this opportunity! It was such a fun time, Matthew's explanation of programming languages is great. Even though my English is not a native speaker and programming itself is not the easiest thing in the world, I had a great time. A lot of practice and everything in the course is structured and there is no unnecessary information. I definitely recommend it!

I totally recommend SheCodes to anyone who wants to start learning to code from scratch. It's really easy to follow, fun, and motivating. I have done several attempts at coding courses, and this one was the only one that kept me going until the end. I will be back for more workshops for sure!

I was initially intimidated by the prospect of diving into coding since I lack the background, but am surprised by how fun it is and how much I've learned already!
I had an absolute blast with the SheCodes Responsive course. The first thing that happened was my mind was completely blown when I learned about Boostrap css utility classes AND how easy it is to modify code for web responsive experiences. I heavily rely on these two things when I am building webpages now! I am a UX designer learning coding and use Figma daily. I am usually tasked with designing wireframes and desktop and mobile screens. It is really cool that now I know how developers take my design and code them. I loved that portion of the course when Matt showed us a Figma file and how the developer pokes through it - which also reinforces the importance of a clean design file! I found myself using the skills I am learning in the SheCodes workshops at work, and I have started working with our developers on my designs and found it easier to explain my stuff to them. I also find myself coding on evenings and weekends for fun, too! For any UX designers, I would say Responsive is THE course to take so you get a better idea of what happens to your designs when they are getting built, what developers looks for, and how it can make working with them fun and rewarding to make impactful features and products. Especially when it comes to responsive experiences! Thanks again SheCodes crew and Matt! I'll be seeing you next week in SheCodes React!
It was a great learning experience. I learned a lot, it was a bit frustrating at times but the teachers helped clarify things. I'm very happy with what I was able to learn and do in a short time.
I am SO glad I chose SheCodes. After paying a pretty penny for another coding bootcamp and having a really negative experience, I was very hesitant about joining but I am so happy I did. Joining this program has renewed my confidence to continue pursuing software development and change my career path. Matt was born to be an instructor. The lessons are concise, but very informative. Concepts are presented in relatable, digestible pieces that make sense. I can't wait to continue through all of the workshops. 😄

Wow! I think I've just attended the most user friendly, clearly explained, concise workshop ever. The only regret I have is preparing for med school in highschool instead of learning the basics in html, css & JavaScript.
