HTML/CSS/JavaScript lessons were pretty easy to digest thanks to Matt & his great team and I appreciate all the effort put into this amazing project that introduced me to the wonderful world of coding.
It took me longer than I expected with these workshops as it is quite a challenge for me, understanding how javaScript works but I did really enjoy the process of learning and the final result when all of the functions working properly and I can finally see my project online 🥳 Big thank to Matt for the great instructions and sheCodes team assisting when I got a bit stuck with my code 🙌🏾
I had no experience with coding before taking the basics course. Now, I feel like I can at least speak the basics of the language, and I am definitely noticing new things when I visit websites.

I thoroughly enjoyed the React Add-on workshop where I learned invaluable skills in integrating diverse APIs. Creating a dictionary and utilizing multiple APIs within a React app was particularly insightful. The hands-on experience and clear explanations made it easy to grasp complex concepts.
I found SheCodes in 2020, I didn't apply for it because I thought I would not like web development and I am pretty busy. Fast forward, to this year 2024, I chose to try it out, I applied for the SheCodes foundation and thanks be to God I got in! It is an honor to be part of this program, I fell in love with programming HTML, CSS, and JavaScript once again. I did code a little before but always gave up halfway. When I 1st saw the ad for SheCodes and listened to the free coding class video, I was immediately intrigued. When I started to take the class, it was very overwhelming on my 1st week,and I wanted to quit, but then I reviewed the videos over and over and now it doesn't seem as overwhelming, it does take time and practice but I am happy that I jumped in and stuck with the class.

I would 100% recommend SheCodes. The video tutorials are very easy to understand and Matt gives you access to many more resources that you might need for extra help.
