Completion of another workshop with great lessons!!! I am able to see how my coding progressed and further improved from Basic through to Plus and now Responsive. Get to learn more advanced skills and able to code more professionally. It is still a learning progress for me but SheCodes has provided me with such a great opportunity to challenge myself to learn and never stop learning.

I'm glad I signed up for this workshop because I've been interested in coding, but now I know that it is something I would like to do. I think it was helpful in teaching me the basics without it being overwhelming, and I liked that I had the chance to actually use what we learned to create something.

It was such a good experience! Very simple to learn and the SheCodes team helped me every step of the way. Had surprisingly great time while learning something that seemed to be complete rocket science. The best feeling was to create something from scratch and make it work.
At first I wasnβt sure that coding is for me. I thought it's very difficult and only geniuses can do it. But thanks to this workshop I've understood that all you need is a desire and an effort.

SheCodes is the first web development course I decided to take because I always wanted to learn how to build my own website. I really loved how the course was structured and how it motivated me to submit a homework every week and how it connected me with so many women, like me, learning how to code. Moreover, I loved Matt's way of explaining the course materials and I appreciated how he took his time to dissect difficult concepts. I truly enjoyed taking this course and I would definitely recommend it to every women wanting to learn more about web development and computer languages in general. We do need more women in STEM and SheCodes is helping us just do that :)

This was a really great workshop that ended with a very applicable and useful final project- a personal website to display our work/projects. I really enjoyed the pace of the course and liked how the last week was broken down - one video/lesson per piece of the project. It made a large project feel manageable :) And by the last video/assignment, the project was basically done! Would recommend this course to anyone looking to sharpen their skills at making responsive websites.
Very interesting workshop. I learned a lot by building my Weather App! Great introduction to API, GitHub and hosting.
I enjoyed learning React. For some reason it reminds me of calculus but it was extremely helpful learning and doing ... i enjoyed that the most in building the weather and dictionary apps.

Very fun and interactive. With this workshop you don't learn by listening or watching, you learn by DOING which is always the most effective. I have absolutely no background in any sort of computer knowledge and this course was extremely easy to understand and very entertaining. I did this workshop while working full-time. Although it takes a lot of will, I also believe that the course structure helped me stay motivated. The explanations are comprehensible, and the tasks feasibly get more challenging so that you can feel the progress. If you struggle, the slack community is there to help you figure it out. All in all, I had tons of fun working toward building the final project.
That was a fun and pretty challenging experience. The videos are really detailed and much helpful.
I have learnt a lot over the three-week course and it has been a good little introduction to working with HTML, CSS and JS.

Learning React was a lot of fun! Slowly but surely the course takes you through the set up, structure and functions, and all of a sudden you have created two applications. I highly recommend the course to anyone who would like to get a React certification!
