The SheCodes Plus program was not easy, but very exciting and interesting. I wanted to implement every function and I managed to create a first working project )))

Although challenging at times, this was an amazing way to dive into learning how to code. Matt and his team and as well as all the SheCodes students on Slack were just so helpful every step of the way! I would feel overwhelmed at times but I always ended up understanding how to do it every time. I am so proud of myself for building this weather app from scratch and can't wait to tackle other things! Thank you Matt and SheCodes team for providing me a fun and amazing opportunity!

This workshop was really awesome, I learned how to make my projects responsive and SEO friendly. All information was clear. So now I'm looking forward to continue course and to start learning React.

As a young black woman, I often suffer from imposter-syndrom and often question if a career in STEM is for me. However, completing the SheCodes Basics Workshop has been proof that I am capable of anything I put my mind to. I am so excited to continue on my coding journey. I had a lot of fun and I was surprised how easy I was able to learn, I think Matt might be part of it, the is straight forward and easy to understand. I like how SheCodes also has a lot of tools to help you find the right color palettes, gradients, etc, it is very helpful, specially if you are not someone super creative like I am. I got to know SheCodes through a friend, Sandra, who shared her enthusiasm for the course. From the organization of SheCodes to Matt's ability to teach I thought it would be impossible to exceed my expectations but that's exactly what happened! This course is amazing because it takes you by the hand and teaches you how to coding step by step and start your career as Front End Developer. The course videos making the learning easy and fun . The course is well structured and easy to understand.

I'm thrilled I discovered SheCodes. I had a lot of fun learning how to code, especially learning how to use React. Now, I'm excited to continue discovering more of the endless possibilities and aspects of coding on my own.

This workshop really helped me better understand the CSS principles as well as practice my Bootsrap and Flexbox knowledge. I was happy to work on my portfolio project and look forward to continue studying JS React.

The lesson was great and teacher taught everything clear. The only problem that I had it was that checking the homeworks included too much time; 48hours for each homework!.

Great introduction to coding. Matt allows you to fundamentally understand how html, css & java integrate and function. The pace was good. SheCodes is a great initative to learn and understand coding. It has a great format which makes it possible to learn coding next to your full-time job. The Basic course was a lot of fun and I am looking forward to the Plus sessions.

The first week was so my favourite, I learned sooo much in such a short amount of time. I'm not sure what I expected going into this but didn't expect to make such a beautiful final project.

I've had so much fun learning new skills and improving my existing ones. I can't say it was easy, some task were pretty challenging but solving them and seeing what I can do now was so worth it. I can't wait to continue my coding journey!

I've had fun and this was very well organized.

This course gave me confidence in my abilities. Sometimes it seemed that I already knew this. But it was a necessary training of skills, as well as a deepening of knowledge. During the tutorial, Matt explained how to apply the features that make a site look professional. I am insanely proud of myself, and infinitely grateful to SheCodes for the knowledge and the opportunity to be in the team.

The Basics workshop has really given a nice overview of how coding in general would feel like. It has given me an understanding for if I would like to continue with this hobby, or not.

I really liked all the SheCodes Workshops! I am really grateful for this entire journey, although I still feel like I know nothing about coding! There is so much more to learn about it. I loved the format of the course, that help was always available in Slack. My favorite part was the feeling of accomplishment after completing an assignment.

SheCodes basics is a fantastic introduction to coding. Each lesson you are building towards being capable of pulling each of the elements together to make your own page. The best part is a solution being provided afterwards, to check your work along the way.

Doing the SheCode basic course has helped me to test and prove that this world is interesting for me and that it can be "within my reach and capabilities" if there is routine and effort. It is an interactive and useful way to learn the basics of web development, which can be applied in the future to any project I have in mind.

React course is super informative! Building 2 projects turned to be not so complicated as it seems at the very beginning;) Looking forward to the new courses from SheCodes!

The continues lessons and projects are challenging but so much fun! I keep telling my friends and relatives about this super cool workshop.

I have always been interested in coding but it always seemed so difficult. Everything so well explained and was so easy to follow! I am so happy I decided to do the course and cannot wait to start the next one.

Step-by-step short lessons for absolute beginners with stimulating little challenges at the end.

Really well made! Would definitely recommend to not only beginners but also to coders who would like to refresh their skills and get back to coding again.

I loved that I could fit this course around my full-time job and other micro-credentials. I really feel like I have the confidence to learn more and be successful at it!

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I am now able to code basic JavaScript which I have been trying to do for over a month. But with the SheCodes basic, I was not only coding but understood what I was coding when it comes to JavaScript in just one week!

I really enjoy the course as the homework are challenging but achievable. The final project is very enjoyable!

I'm nowhere near the end is what I told myself a few months ago and today, I am proud to announce I have been able to complete my final project for this workshop. Learning the skills I need to nurture my career in tech has been a source of motivation for me. Although I have a long way to go, what matters most in everything is to trust and enjoy the process and you would definitely achieve great results!

This is a whole lot more visual than any other college class or youtube course that I have seen. Really love that I can watch Matt type and I can type along too. Slack allows for questions outside of googling. Its easier to digest and fun to look at, watch, listen, etc... EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.

SheCodes helped me finally create something with the building blocks that have been sitting in a mess in front of me for so long. Each lesson was quick and easy to digest.

I am so grateful to SheCodes team for these courses. I started my coding journey 7 months ago thinking that I would never be able to understand the complexities of code and now I learned so much and gained so much in autonomy over the last months that I feel that I can go further on my own. SheCodes taught me something essential that I use in everything I do, being able to troubleshoot yourself. I tried to apply that along the whole cours but when I had a more serious issue, the SheCodes team was there to help. Wish I could continue on this journey even further with them but I managed to get to the end and I'm so proud and thankful to all of them.
