It has been a very beautiful and interesting experience learning code from the comfort of my room, at my own convenience. Matt Dellac is the best teacher ever! He made learning so relaxing and simplified. I really enjoyed his method of teaching that within the space of 3weeks I was able to learn the basis of HTML,CSS and JAVASCRIPT. This workshop gave me more than I have expected!
SheCodes coding workshop was my starting point for experimenting in the field of web development. The basic workshop was extremely well detailed. Not to mention that SheCode is a fraction of the price of a bootcamp. I look forward to completing the next workshop as I prepare for a new career.
In my search for an affordable yet comprehensive introduction to coding basics, I was pleasantly surprised to come across SheCodes during one of their promotional periods. Going into the Basics workshop, I had no idea what to expect and was a little apprehensive if I was going to be able to follow and keep up with the program content due to not having any background in coding or the IT field in general. 😵💫 Along with many others, I wholeheartedly concur that I was able to continue through each lesson and week due to Matt's clear instructions and thorough explanations all the while keeping things light hearted and fun. 👩🏽💻 Thank you so much Matt, SheCodes Team, and fellow classmates for all your encouragement and support - could not have done it without you! 💖 I hope to continue learning with SheCodes in the future. 😁

I really enjoyed this workshop! I have learned so much in such a short time. I definitely recommend that anyone who is interested in coding should start here with the basics. It has a great community and you're able to continue learning once you finish the first workshop. Everything was straight to the point so it made learning a breeze. I would get super excited after completing each project. I am genuinely proud of how much I've learned in such a short time!

I really enjoyed this Workshop and can recommend it to anyone interested in this area. It is so well structured and explained! Sometimes it got a bit hard like any new subject can be, but help was always accessible and at the end I really felt good about my project. I especially like that some elements are being repeated in different ways which is so important and helps so much with getting used to the structure and functions of the code. Matt has such an awesome way of explaining and most importantly he implements a very nice work and making-mistake ethic! Loved it.
One of the most exciting and interesting courses I've ever done! Even though there were many times where I was frustrated, there was always a way to solve the problem. Super thankful that Matt and the team at SheCodes Workshops put together a course that is accessible to women like me with 0 coding background.

I found the SheCodes Responsive workshop to be incredibly helpful in better understanding methods for creating a responsive, SEO friendly website using CSS and Bootstrap. This course also did a great job building on what we learned in the previous courses!
Some things at the very beginning were easy for me, and later it became necessary to sit and figure it out.
The workshop is very interesting and informative. It's incredible that we have the opportunity to create a project from scratch.
For me the "SheCodes Plus" course is a lot of useful and interesting presented information for mastering a new profession. SheCodes provides an opportunity to change your life and become a part of large projects.
I always thought that coding is not for me as I was never very good at maths or technology-related things, but throughout this workshop I learned how easy and especially how much fun it can be! Even though it was rather frustrating at times, those mistakes and challenges helped me to understand coding better and I am so glad that I decided to give coding a chance!
It been a wonderful experience, coding was made simple and enjoyable by Matt, I would have never ever thought that I could learn coding, I feel elated and very grateful 🙏🏽❤️.

I've learned a lot more about ensuring that my website is SEO optimised and that it is fully responsive on all devices. I remember doing a coding class in college, but the instructor was not patient with beginners and I honestly didn't take anything away from the class. However, SheCodes made learning very easy to remember. I loved the layout of this bootcamp; going through lessons, then challenges, lastly the solution. It made me rely on my problem solving skills a lot more. I only used Slack one time; everything else I found via Google. It really is a coders best friend!

After having been interested in coding for ages, I finally decided to give it a try. This workshop was the perfect start for a beginner like me. I enjoyed the mixture of video input and practical exercises. Connecting with other coders on Slack was a big plus and homework was reviewed very swiftly!

Before this course I had 0 knowledge about coding and, honestly, I've never been very good with technology. However, after these 3 weeks I can say that, in fact, it isn't that difficult! Doing the project was difficult and sometimes frustrating, but with every mistake I learned more and more. I'm gald I decided to take on this challenge.
I am very proud of myself! I never thought that I will be able to manage such a difficult topic as it seemed to me before. But SheCodes does incredible things! They are the best one! I will recommend them for sure!

I believe that the main task of any training is to give a charge of optimism and inspiration for any action, the birth of ideas and the emergence of new goals. SheCodes team completely coped with this task. I have new ideas where I can apply the acquired knowledge for myself and how it will help me in my work. Isn't it exciting to know computers and be able to build a career creating websites, mobile apps and more? I communicate with IT specialists every other time and see how they work wonders (“enter codes”). I was intrigued but didn't have the courage to start a programming course until I got into the SheCodes refugee program. https://www.shecodesfoundation.org/ukraine At first, I thought that when I join SheCodes, I would study programming just to improve my life and the lives of the people around me, to be able to know how a programming language comes into being, create those scripts that I saw how guys from IT started at work. The first week of training made me think about changing my goal from searching around myself to searching for the international community. There is power in sharing knowledge. The way SheCodes shares her programming experience is the same way I want to learn and be able to pass it on to the younger generation. Programming solves problems. This simplifies tedious routine work. just a few seconds and the task is completed. Work just got easier, right? Once a problem is solved, more time is created for other things, making one job more productive, efficient, and effective. I find that some programs take less than thirty minutes to write and will probably save me dozens of hours in the long run. frustration at the click of a button that starts a script.
I really love the program, because I was able to learn new things and it inspired me to work on more beautiful projects. What I love most is their feedback and how accessible the team is.
I have really enjoyed this SheCodes workshop. There was a lot of problem solving involved, so it's very rewarding to figure things out. Once again, I was able to work at my own pace and finish ahead of schedule. I'm ready to start my React workshop!

For somebody who hated coding in high school I really enjoy learning more and more about it. The approach itself is very forwarding and friendly and makes me eager to learn more through advanced classes.
