This has been the greatest use of my time. There is so much interesting information to learn. From someone who didn't know how to code, no experience this is very understandable, we have a great instructor who makes sure you understand everything.

This course has been so great and easy to follow for me. Although I have previous coding experience with other coding platforms, I truly feel that I have learnt new things. The course is easy to follow and there is lots of help if you get stuck. It was a really fun way to expand my knowledge and really enjoyed putting the final project together. Looking forward to the next course!

Code has always been a mystery to me, a language that I had no idea how to read, let alone understand. This basic course has given me an insight into the world of coding and while obviously there is still a lot to be learnt, I am no longer utterly confused by all these lines of code that make up a website. The step by step approach of SheCodes makes it possible to follow easily and writing code is not only possible but fun. I loved building my first own website and playing with fonts, colours and functions. Thanks for opening the door to coding for me!

I have tried to start coding myself for a while now, but I've never been inspired enough or could find good pace for me. With this workshop, I actually couldn't wait to listen to another lesson and do another challenge. Already after the first week I have started practicing at work newly learned things. I like the idea, concept and overall execution.

This is fine as a high-level course, but I was hoping for more details on approaches, alternative ways of thinking, etc. I know the purpose was to teach components and how to compartmentalize code, but the solution provided does not seem like the most efficient way. Also, React is evolving and the course may need updating.

I can believe that I have managed to finish it. It is certainly an upgrade from SheCodes Basic. New aspects to learn that are very useful, always very well explained and easy to learn. I definitely recommend this workshop.”

I really enjoyed this workshop! Learned a lot about how to integrate more than one API and how to look for a good API online on my own. I still feel like there is a lot to learn, but the workshops gave me a good base, and now I'm ready to continue my learning journey on my own.

SheCodes is a great way to get started in grogramming. With the way lessons are structured, the variety of content, and weekly challenges, you're bound to get the hang of things quick!

I knew SheCodes from last December and I started to have interest in coding after their free coding class. I have tried other coding courses but I feel the teaching methods are not suitable for me. I am satisfied with Shecodes basic. The lesson videos are short, concise, and entirely understandable for beginners. The schedule is flexible as well and I have a chance of reviewing the previous lessons with the help of assignments. If we face some problems in coding, the SheCodes community is willing to help and solve them together which is really friendly and warm.

I'm glad I came across the Shecodes foundation program for women . They're offering a flexible schedule that caters for everyone. And they have excellent professors, tools and lessons.

My name is Sthandiwe Msweli from South Africa and my coding journey so far has been amazing. So before I started coding I graduated in Business and information Manangement and I was not happy with what I've studyed but because I wanted to have a qulification and get a job so I can earn a living so i went on with it. Fast cracking my story after I graduated had no luck in finding a job so after a year, on my second year of staying at home without any luck of getting a job, I did a free trail in coding on some bootcamp and I fall inlove with it but to enroll to that bootcamp you needed funding which I did'nt have. So I did my reserch and I ended up founding SheCodes Foundation that when I start my coding journey and it has been a wonderful journey and I thank the Lord for this opportunity still on it and excicted for more learning and more adventure in coding 💜.

Really enjoyed this add on and feel more comfortable with using plugins and inserting html in my javascript.

I had a great time learning with SheCodes. Every video is easy to understand and the challenges are fun, stimulating and great to apply everything you've learned and a little bit more.
