Hey I'm Anele Sibiya from South Africa I started sheCode on the 26th of June had no idea what i was getting myself into. My first day was interesting i learned a lot with the small video i had fun. First thing that got me excited was doing the challenges by myself that boosted my confidence. My sister advice to me to download an app called Mimo its helped a lot as well.

She Codes is honestly providing us with such amazing, easy to follow, interesting educational content, with top tier support for when we struggle. I'm able to follow along, regardless of the fact that I am completely new to tech. It's so rewarding looking back at my projects, and the level of skill and information I have been able to accumulate in such a short space of time.

I'M REALLY GLAD I GOT TO LEARN REACT. I REALLY WAS HAPPY WITH GAINING THE KNOWLEDGE TO USE THIS. THE TEACHING ASPECT THAT YOU GET WITH SHECODES IS GOING TO MAKE YOU WANT TO RUN YOUR HEAD INTO A WALL. I WOULD KNOW JUST AS MUCH TEACHING MYSELF.
I can just say that this course made me fell in love with coding. I had zero knowledge or experience in the field and actually I thought that this was only for super smart people, and you had to be studying all your life to be able to understand how this world works. This basic workshop really demystifies and explains every single detail since the beginning and makes it so easy to understand. I really recommend it and I'm going up for more. Who knows, I might like it so much, that I take the decision to change career's path and join this wonderful world. When you're making your own html, it seems your drawing, doing you own piece of art.

I cannot believe I moved from knowing nothing about coding to knowing 3 languages already in such a short period of time, I must say I really thought it would take more than that but I guess I was wrong. SheCodes is really THEE best and I glad I applied for it. Would literally recommend this to any woman out there who would like to start their career in coding.
SheCodes is amazing! it is easy to follow lessons, no stress, and there is this feeling of satisfaction after completing each step which will encourage you to continue. With SheCodes Plus I really managed to put all the knowledge into the final project. I became much more comfortable with JavaScript and at the end of the workshop, I was really proud of how much I learned and built.

Learning React has been a genuinely enjoyable experience for me. It has made my code cleaner and easier to follow, which is fantastic. However, I won't sugarcoat itβthere were definitely some challenges along the way that made me scratch my head. But hey, that's how we grow and learn, right? Another excellent workshop delivered by Matt Delac. His teaching style and enthusiasm have made the learning process even more enjoyable. Very informative and helpful
I have always been afraid of anything related to tech, and made jokes about how awful I was with computers just so I didn't have to deal with it. But after feeling useless for way too long, this course has been a complete U-turn on my feelings. It has been so fun, and completely different to how I thought coding would be. SheCodes has opened up my future to loads of things already, and I cannot wait to start the next portion of the course. After all, 28 is way too young to feel like a tech dinosaur! All in all, it's just so reassuring when something that you find on the internet really is worth the hype :)

I just look for an ad in Instagram for a FREE CLASS and I click! There was a really nice and I saw myself as a future Front End Developer. Right now, I'm in my maternity leave (my baby is 4 months old) and here in Germany you can take one year. So, I enrolled in the Workshop and meanwhile my baby sleeps, I study! Since I was a little girl I was really into Tech but when I finished the High School my grades in Maths for some Engineer or Computer Sciences career was a little bit low. I graduated with a BA in Political Science, but always looking for Tech and Design tutorials in YT. I would pretty recommend SheCodes for all women that really likes Technology but doesn't have the time for a full-College career or for those who wants to learn something new!
Learned a lot of new codings and the project was very interesting as it could be useful for a real job.
It was fun to do the exercises to reviews concepts. I think that the basic course is perfect for anyone who's starting from scratch.
Thank you to Matt Delac, his teaching skills should be mastered, definitely grateful for this platform and I especially love the fact that it caters to women especially, I will begin to pitch to top multinational companies and learn more.

SheCodes React is one of the best courses to learning React and Matt helps us with the best practices to learn Racket and use it for future work. I 'm thanks of She Codes for providing me with this educational opportunity. The course was very well designed. We designed a project step by step like a puzzle.but i went through a difficult situation. I can only access She Codes educational videos through strong vpn on my mobile phone. In fact, we need vpn to access She Codes emails and log in to Slack. Sometimes it takes hours that I can watch a video for a few minutes. In the first weeks, my vpn stopped working. It was difficult days because all acsses were closed I was working several shifts. I didn't have much time to devote to educations I was like a bird trapped in a cage, but I kept repeating to myself that there will surely be a way, i 'm sure. Fortunately by accident one of the old vpn on my phone, which had alreadybeen disabled , was able to access Google Play and I was able to access the movies with the new vpn also during the course, my computer broke down twice,also one time I got corona virus that i had to use Request extention , the Request extention in she codes were very good for me. She Codes training courses are designed in such a way that you can pass the course in any situation without worry. Now, despite all the difficulties, I was able to finish the course.
