I have been working at a technology company and even though I don't use coding on my day-to-day, I realized how much of a difference understanding the basics can make. I decided to do this course because I attended one of the free workshops and I thought was easy to understand. I always had an interest in technology and I remember sitting in my room all day as a teenager, in front of my computer, coding new looks for my personal blog. This brought me back to those moments and I am very grateful. It's been a fun journey and it made me want to learn more.
Absolutely love Matt's step-by-step approach! Lots of aha moments while I worked on my Plus project, and the SheCodes team were just a Slack message away whenever I got stuck. On to the next workshop!
One of my favorite workshops yet! I learned how to create an entire responsive webpage embedded with media such as videos, music, social media posts, etc. This was quite enlightening and overall fun!

SheCodes Responsive was a very tough workshop. But with Matt's hands-on videos and explanations, he made it very easy to understand. At the end of this workshop, I realized I have learned so much! I have really enjoyed this course! Matt is a great instructor. It is something I really look forward to in my day as a stay-at-home mom of two toddlers. The challenges, weekly homework and final project were just the fuel I needed to rewire and re-ignite a dusty mind. I had lot's of fun completing weekly challenges and the project. The biggest advantage of this course is that you can postpone a submission date and study with your pace.

SheCodes Plus was super challenging for me, but so rewarding. Juggling my final semester of university and the workshop was overwhelming but i am so glad i finished it! I have learned so much from this workshop and working on the final project was super fun, even when i got stuck and found it difficult, i was able to work on my debugging skills and pay extra attention to details. All in all, amazing workshop. On to the next one!

I really liked this; it had many useful tips on the next step to finding a job. I was worried I didn't have a clue where to begin but after this, once I have put the useful tips in place I feel I will be in a better position to land the right job.

This workshop was one of the best experiences I have had in the tech world. The delivery of the study material is outstanding! I like how we are introduced to so many dev tricks and tools, how to make your work cleaner and more efficient. SheCodes does not sacrifice fun and enjoyment just to sound overly educational. In fact, they incorporate fun and education to deliver an environment you cannot get enough of. I absolutely enjoyed the process and growth.
It has been challenging and highly informative. Made me understand the basics of web development and can't wait to put them into work on the job platform. Thanks to all the good people at Shecodes especially Matt.
Not the kind of learning experience that suited me the best, I ended up reading up on most things on my own from other sources, but of course, an online workshop like this can't suit everyone which is absolutely fine. Just find it lacking in some basic features I think should be able to fit into a 3-week course. But again, that might also be more or less personal preference.
This was a good follow-up to the Basics Workshop and was a good bridge to the next workshop. I enjoyed it, and I felt that the format was easy to follow.
Absolutely enjoying learning more and more of coding, I took a small break due to other things but couldn't wait to get back on and finish my project. Time to start the next and last stage of Shecodes coding lessons.
Excellent primer on how to take one's first steps as a software developer. Matt provides very direct, frank, and practical advice on how to get started in this field. I look forward to continuing to implement all of his suggestions, and growing as a developer.

When i started with SheCode basic i was a bit slow due to juggling between work and school. I tried by all means to complete all the homeworks as well as learning levels. All the guide provided has been really helpful and very easy to understand. The journey at SheCode basic has really been amazing. React is an intense swap form Vanilla JS, but after the course React has become preference over Vanilla JS because after getting it down, it is a much more organized way to manage your JS. I am very appreciative for this course. Sad to be getting to the end of the workshops though!

I enjoyed building the World Clock website in this project. I found the instruction easy to follow and I can feel my Javascript skills improving compared to when I completed the Weather App project. I am excited to move onto the next workshop!

As someone with no IT background, I thought to myself "what have I gotten myself into this time around?", the moment I saw all the codes that I couldn't read or understand, I really thought I wouldn't even finish the Intro course as I didn't even have the confident to continue with the first lesson, but to my surprise I fell in love with coding and wanting to code more and it was all because of my wonderful instructor Matt. He made coding seem very easy and enjoyable, which made me want to learn more about coding. I'm glad I decided to join SheCodes, it's amazing how quickly one can acquire new skills so fast only because of this wonderful workshop and great teacher, who made it easy and enjoyable to learn.
Super great so far, I haven't been in a computer for years and learned so much more with SheCodes then in my whole my life! can't wait to continue with the rest of it!

Working on the dictionary app project, I quickly realized how challenging yet exciting coding can be. There were moments when things got tricky, but with every line of code, I saw my vision coming to life. I am very proud, this dictionary app is close to what I had imagined.
