At first I was overwhelmed because it all seemed so foreign to me. Then with going back and reviewing the lessons over and over again it got easier. It helps that Matt explains the concepts so well. The basics add-on workshop was so much fun! The tips and tricks Matt gives you throughout the lessons add immensely to the knowledge I gained from taking the SheCodes Basics workshop. This is one workshop you don't want to skip. Now I have a solid project I could show to potential employers! Yay!
It was such a great course. It helped me so much on getting out of the comfort Zone
I had been looking at doing this course for a while and it also came highly recommended to me. The lessons were straightforward to understand and most of the videos were between 5-10 minutes each which helped pace the course and keep my attention (I get easily distracted). Almost all the lessons have a mini challenge mode for what you just learned that helps reinforce the learning. It was a lot more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be! The only downside for me was that sometimes a challenge had a component that was extra and not covered by the lesson so I had to either use the Slack channels they have (which are amazingly helpful!) or had to Google to understand how it was used.
I appreciated SheCodes because I was able to get an education very cheaply, and VERY efficiently. Thanks for putting together such an efficient, no-nonsense bootcamp.

Happy to complete the Weather App Project after an intense 2 weeks of learning. The JavaScript element is definitely challenging but I enjoyed the whole process of the project.
The Small CSS Add-On Course was a game-changer for me. In just a short time, I gained practical insights and hands-on experience that elevated my CSS skills. The instructor's clear explanations and real-world examples made learning enjoyable, and I now feel more confident implementing CSS in my projects. This part of the course was a little bit challenging, but I enjoyed every bit of it and I learnt a lot. The late nights really paid off!

Hello, I was always curious about coding. However, I was so scared to take step forward in this field. But I am so happy that I did and I enjoyed every bit of it. To be honest, There was point where I did get intimidated but I said to myself I am here to have fun. After that everything went smoothly. I know there is a long way to go and I am ready. I really like the flexibility I can learn and do the challenges whenever I can do. The way "Matthieu" explained everything in details is excellent. it easy to understand and even you can get help on slack if you get stuck on somewhere. I highly recommend this to everyone. I will just list 3 things I love about this workshops - and also 3 reasons why you should participate immediately :) Project-based learning: We weren't just learning theory; we were putting it into practice by building real-world projects from day one. Most of the assignments link to the final project. Supportive community: The SheCodes community is truly special. Everyone on Slack was incredibly supportive and encouraging. Athena AI was incredible too! Flexible learning: The workshop was offered online, which allowed me to fit it around my busy schedule. I could learn at my own pace, I was busy for my uni finals so I quit for about 1 month and when I came back everything was just like before. All in all, I'm grateful for the SheCodes experience. It's opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me, and I'm excited to see what I can achieve next.

i was recommended to shecodes by my cousin who also completed a course with them. i had recently developed a curiosity for coding and thought that doing this course would definitely be a good intro and i was not wrong. this three week course has taught me so much and i feel i am ready to create my own website as the first project in my portfolio, and hopefully from there many more projects and languages. thank you shecodes :)
