The Basic Ads-On bootcamp was fantastic. The instructors were knowledgeable, the projects were practical, and the hands-on practice was invaluable. I now have a solid understanding of web development fundamentals and feel confident in creating my own web projects. Highly recommended for anyone starting their web development journey!

The basics of the course were interesting and easy to learn. Lots of practical tasks. It helps to understand how it works HTML, CSS, JavaScript. You can study in your free time.

It's definitely a challenging and growing process. It's an amazing experience and your taste of learning only grows the more you start to understand. I am very appreciative of the ongoing support within this journey.
I will use most of tips on this course for later, as I am not planning to make living by being front-developer now but enlarge my education and later go to uni study computer related degree :) That is when the fact I can check whole MAX course again is most useful!

The lesson plans were easy to follow, fun and engaging! I knew nothing about coding before starting the workshop and now know how to build a (very basic) website. Love that there was flexibility to learn at your own pace and the possibility to push back deadlines if required. The support team were also very helpful.
For anyone who wants to start learning code, this workshop is very interesting. You will be challenged with different exercises, and everything is well explained.
I am incredibly fascinated by the world of tech/coding I have been introduced to through SheCodes. Matt is an amazing instructor especially for a beginner like me. I have really enjoyed creating my final project!

Currently, I am a Software Tester seeking to expand my knowledge and background in Web Development. SheCodes Basics was super helpful and straightforward. I'm walking away with a better grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they all interact to create the web pages we see today.

I absolutely loved this. I learned so much from doing it myself. The instructions were clear and concise that even as someone that gets lost with all the tech jargon, I managed to follow along easily. Honestly, best course I've taken so far!
The SheCodes Plus Add-On helped me to not only hone in on the skills learned in SheCodes Plus but it also taught so many more skills! The skills I learned in the Add-On helped me to become a far better coder than I thought I could be in such a short period of time!

I loved this! Thanks for everything, this was a great lil intro to get into coding. I WISH I HAD TIME TO SIGN UP FOR THE BIG WORKSHOP. I really wish I could just roll straight into the MAX workshop. But now I've started school and this is going to be a huge uphill battle for me to go from band director and musician to IT. Yikes! I will keep this in mind for later. It is soooo tempting, to keep the party going, but I will end up failing both sides. But again, I enjoyed this so much the FOMO IS REAL!!! I do recommend the workshops, even just the 3 week one to learn a few basics to get you going.
I enjoyed how well-balanced the course is when it comes to learning the skill of coding while putting in the work. You would expect that just because you're learning on your own that the course would be easy, but I was wrong. Matt truly pushes you out of your comfort zone to apply the skills you acquire within each lesson. I would recommend this course 100%

This course has truly been the most exciting one I've taken so far. With Matt as the instructor, he not only shows you what he's doing, but he also takes the time to explain the reasons behind each step. Personally, I had been facing some challenges in grasping CSS concepts, but Matt's teaching style has really helped me make better sense of it all.

Being part of this ladies coding platform has been a transformative experience for me. I dove into the SheCodes Basics workshop with zero coding knowledge, and it was an eye-opener! Matt's bite-sized lessons made complex stuff easier to grasp, and the hands-on challenges taught me to apply the lessons, to research, adapt & iterate my code. The community support in Slack was a lifesaver. Plus, I discovered more than just code – I discovered so much about myself in the process. Next stop: SheCodes Plus!
It was very helpful to build the project alongside the videos. Then it was fun to go back at the end and make any tweaks to the project to really make it your own. I learned so much from working on this project!

Of all the add on projects, this one seemed the most difficult. The staff at SheCodes were an important help. React is challenging!
I must admit that this was the most difficult and intense course offered by SheCodes, and it took me a while to get into the React mindset. I am not very satisfied with the outcome, but I think this may be the first step for further future learning.
I highly recommend this React workshop. Matt teaches everything you need to know to build your first React app and gives you all the basic concepts to continue this learning journey on your own.

I wanted to get into Web Development, but found that free courses and YouTube tutorials didn't have enough structure to be conducive to learning. SheCodes was the only course I found that combined HTML, CSS, and Javascript all in one place, and this was essential for me. Wow what a week it has been ! I cannot believe how much I have been able to achieve in such a short space of time with the SheCodes basic program. The format of the program allows you to move at your own pace with quality videos and challenges that really do motivate you to move onto the next lesson. I did not stop smiling after each homework review to see the longed for and beautiful words "Your solution is valid! Good job 👍" I am really pleased I have done this and look forward to what comes next for me with SheCodes!

I've been so inspired to keep learning to code by means of SheCodes. During these workshops, my confidence has grown so much. I never would have imagined that I would be able to learn introduction to coding as quickly as I did, but it is all because to Matt's teachings. He is meticulous, and there are many of tools at your disposal to help you succeed. There are numerous skills I have learnt throughout my university studies, but this course is unquestionably the reason I will feel confident in advancing in my job.
