Hi I am one of the participants of SheCodes I applied and was answered a week later really I have now finished one workshop of sheCodes basics really I have learnt a lot from them now I am able to design a webpage in the way I want. Really it's amazing I like it, before I knew only little about html I didn't know about CSS and java script and now I can try and do more. And the amazing part is that I have finished the workshop in a few days without spending on it all 3 weeks. I liked it. Thanks again for all
It is quite a fun workshop right after the Plus workshop! It is great review of what I've learned so far to a much simpler project that can be familiarized with everyday use and curiosity. 😄

Learning React is not easy, but Matt does an amazing job at explaining it throughout his videos! As always, you are taken step by step to learn and use code to build applications. I learned a lot about React and can't wait to continue to learn more!

As a mom of two I found SheCodes Plus very challenging at times, and often frustrating just like Matt described, but in the end creating a weather app that works with real life data was an amazing feeling of achievement. I would highly recommend this workshop as the lessons are clear and concise, and you become a part of a community that's always ready to help. What I love the most? You get to learn at your pace, and if you need an extension or more time to grasp a lesson that is possible, its not like being in a classroom where you get left behind. Thank you so much to Matt and the team for this opportunity, I have learnt so much in such a short period of time.
The pace of this course was perfect for my needs and I learnt so much with Matt! The introduction to JavaScript was by far my favorite part because it was a bit challenging at moments, but that only encourages me to keep learning so I can gain even more experience and improve my coding skills!
SheCodes Basic is a great introduction into coding! You learn a lot of valuable information in a short amount of time and feel as if you have started to unlock the secrets behind coding.

I had already started a different SheCodes workshop but noticed that there was a new (to me) add-on. I quickly went back, took this over the weekend, and am so glad I did. It was exactly what a needed to refresh and reinforce my knowledge.
the program is hard and easy at the same time, the course work has been broken down in a way that a child would also understand. The Couse has all that is need to be successful in front-end and I can see myself using everything that I have learnt and how it can be applied to different projects in the future

Before taking this course I had heard many negative things about React. However, as soon as I started coding and completing challenges, I realized that React is much better than vanilla JS because there were no long codes anymore (which was annoying to me) and I was able to categorize different parts of my code (It's more concise and maintainable). The SheCodes React workshop was well-structured (as in previous workshops); with comprehensible and easy-to-follow learning videos, multiple challenges, and a practical final project (updating the weather app). I would like to thank the instructor, Matt, for his excellent teaching and guidance. I learned so much from this course and I am grateful for the opportunity to participate.

I have really enjoyed learning sheCodes basic. Matt is a good teacher and it is helpful to be able to pause the video/replay etc so I have time to write down notes.
Great Workshop
I am very proud of myself that I took this course of Coding without experience. Today I can build a responsive Website and host it to a live server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React with GitHub/Netlify.com. I've learn all this in the space of 6months with sleepless night with weekly assignment. Thank you Matthieu Delac for your help and always teaching us to take a break when we're stuck and SheCodes team for your assistance. React Application was very hard to work on but I kept going today done and dusted!

I recently had the privilege of participating in SheCodes, and I can't emphasize enough how impactful this program is for women looking to dive into the world of coding. As someone relatively new to coding, I was initially apprehensive, but SheCodes offered an incredibly supportive and empowering learning environment.
SheCodes Basics was perfect for understanding the concepts behind coding and not feel completely lost when listening to colleagues or friends talking about it! The course's structure is great - the challenges and homeworks were my favourite part!
I found the course really great, I learned a lot and the SheCodes team were very responsive when I got stuck (which was often when we got into the more complex Javascript coding!). This has certainly opened my eyes to the coding world and I've really enjoyed learning a new skill.
