It was so much fun to work with this project even though it was challenging! I started out not knowing anything about coding but I made it here.This shows how amazing Matt's teaching is. He makes everything easy to understand and fun to learn about. I am thankful to SheCodes.
Firstly I would like to thank the She Codes team for allowing me the opportunity to be part of the coding program. I have not only learned how to code but gain knowledge on how the web actually works and find my footing in my career path. The journey has been demanding but rewarding at the same time and I'm excited to be part of this workshop and can not wait to take it to a whole new level.
This experience has been an amazing start to a new begining. It was a rich course full of challenges that hopefully will bring in new opportunities. I really enjoyed it!
I recommend this course to all those who are interested in coding. It is very interesting and exciting course, especially with Matt's teaching method, which fully explains all aspects and leaves no questions for us.
The basics course was such a wonderful introduction to coding! Do not let its short timeframe fool you - you learn a ton of new things during those three weeks. The projects are fun and engaging, and comprehensive explanations are provided in the 'solution' videos. This course is for everyone who wants a smooth introduction into the coding world.

This has been fun and challenging at the same time. I had an amazing experience with SheCodes learned how to code in different programming languages. Through the program, I learned valuable coding skills in languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Learning to code may be a bit tough, but it's also very rewarding. Each coding session brings new lessons. One of the hardest parts for me was fixing bugs in my code. It was frustrating when my program didn't work as I wanted, but I learned to stay patient and carefully check my code for errors. As I kept learning and trying out different languages and projects, I started feeling more confident in my skills. Overall, my coding journey has been full of learning and growth.

I came into the basics classes with zero idea of where to start. Within three weeks, not only do I feel like I have an understanding of how code works but with the hands on style of teaching in these courses I have an understanding of how to use code. I am looking forward to developing this foundational skills further in the future.
Overall the course was very good. I can't say it is always easy (because it isn't) but there is always a help which is why this course is so great. I'm thankful to Matt and all the tutors who've helped me throughout the course.
I had no knowledge regarding coding prior to coming across the SheCodes but I am glad I did. Great addition to the SheCodes Basics workshop. Every video takes you by the hand to create an additionnal project, that pretty much recaps what we learned in SheCodes Basics.
I went to this course to boost my web development skills, following Matt's steps, I have built a real challenge weather app with Vanilla JS. I admit the 8-week course has been tough and sometimes a bit frustrating, but this is how resilience is now one of my skills.

Repetition is key! Be not afraid to watch the videos multiple times. I take a nap after and then it all clicks. Being good at this is not an overnight skill. The journey is never-ending. Through this course, I see that I have a lot to learn. This was beyond fun and I enjoyed it.

Great course which allows you improve your skills in React
I started off as a complete beginner not knowing a thing. I decided to take a chance one day and joined a free class, safe to say I was sold. I applied through the SheCodes Foundation and got accepted. I began my coding journey with SheCodes basics and was amazed by all of the things I was able to do with a few lines of code. Matt is an amazing teacher and explains everything so well. I enjoyed all the challenges as it made you think about every possible solution and although the homework made me want to cry when I finally got it right, I was super proud of myself. Overall, I would give this course a well-deserved 10 out of 10.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Matt and his team who were involved in SheCodes Plus. Diving deeper into HTML, CSS and JavaScript Matt came closer every week and prepared his students to create their first weather app. Having seen what can be created with the help of these tools that we used, I want to gain even more knowledge and skills in order to become more perfect.

It was a really interesting course, with easy to follow project classes. The final project was a lot of fun!
My viewpoint on life has drastically changed since I began coding with the Shecodes curriculum. It has taught me that problem solving should not be dreaded, but rather something to look forward to since it feels like an accomplishment after it is completed. I have greater optimism for job opportunities, and this has improved my inventive talents.
The SheCodes React workshop was an insightful & challenging learning experience regarding modern web development libraries. During the course, I acquired knowledge of the intricacies of React.js including states, conditional rendering & API integration; navigating the complexities of React has also provided me with the opportunity to become technically proficient in aspects such as code refactoring to produce simplified, clean code.
Even though I took my time with the add-on, I learned to look after the details and go over again and again to find mistakes myself. It is the best way to learn!
Week one was very challenging since everything was new, However, when I started to get ahold of myself in week 2, everything was still challenging yet fun and interesting to do.
Oh my Lord, This workshop was so far the hardest I have to say, If you are NOT well organized your responsive will be a nightmare. It was a long journey to finish this portfolio of mine but I'm happy that I could have finish the biggest website so far that is fully responsive even thought the code might be bit messy I will improve and redo this portfolio in the future for sure. :D Thank you Matt and see you in Responsive Add-on <3

I really enjoyed building this landing page, where we learned to apply advanced techniques like CSS Filters, CSS Hero styling, HTML tables and Embeds as well as pure CSS grids and CSS responsive grids. Building a fully responsive website without using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind, felt enormously empowering. Thanx to SheCodes and Matt Delac for another grand workshop.
I love Shecodes and coding in general,it was something new to me ,but I fall Inlove with it every second .Do what you love ,you will be passionate about it .
I've wanted to learn some basic coding skills for a long time, but didn't know how to go about it. Then I came across SheCodes and I signed up for the basic course! It's been super fun and I've learned a lot. I'm keen to get more into coding and programming now. :-)
