The SheCodes Basics course has been a great introduction to web development. I learnt a lot of new things and had a lot of fun completing the homework and final project. Looking forward to learning even more new things and some cool tricks on the more advanced SheCodes courses!
I didn't expect that i would learn so much within three weeks, but i did with sheCodes and i am so grateful. i feel in love with coding within three weeks, i can't wait to learn more.
This is a fantastic course! It took a little longer than I thought but with working full time and an 18 month old baby, on top of being newly pregnant I have a lot on my plate. I appreciated not being pushed too much to complete by the deadline and being able to learn at my own pace! I learnt a lot and will keep it up to ensure I keep improving and dont forget what I have learnt!
SheCodes provides easy, manageable, and bite-sized lessons that can make even a college student like me who had NEVER seen code before find it fun and quite refreshing to learn. I'm glad to have given it a shot!

Really enjoyed this one! Learnt lots about how complicated time could be! Also enjoyed adding previous things that we learn from other workshops into this project. Love that we can personalise our projects as well as learn so much :)

I had no experience with coding going into the course, and I seriously doubted that I would even be able to understand anything, but guess who's rocking it now. I have never experienced this much fun learning before. The Slack community and Athena AI were available to help me during my learning process, and Matt's instructions were simple yet effective. I'll undoubtedly continue to develop my coding skills by taking more complex SheCodes courses.
The basic add-on is great for repeating everything learned in the basic workshop and applying it when creating the final project.

I have previously tried learning html, css and javascript but never really understood it. The SheCodes lessons broke down the concepts and I understand them much better. I used to think javascript was very hard but now, I know otherwise.

SheCodes Responsive taught me great techniques in order to make a website responsive in all types of screens. I also learned how to use Bootstrap and essential SEO techniques to make the website more visible online which is why I recommend this course to anyone who is interested in coding.

Great wrap-up to the course.
I was very happy with learning more in depth HTML and CSS skills. The workshops were great in showing transitions, changing themes, integrating color and using text and images in a creative way to make your website attractive. The real life projects are great for future reference or if you want to go back and improve your code.

The workshop content is rich with a lot of information and explained in an easy way.
React was challenging, but I liked learning about component files and seeing how they all work together. I personally found this segment to be the most difficult for me, but all the previous workshops set me up for success. I must admit that this has been a great course. I knew some HTML and CSS before starting this course but never really liked JavaScript as I didn't understand it. This course has taught me JavaScript in a way that not only do I understand it, but I like it. I'm excited to see what I will learn next.

Responsive add-on was a rewarding challenge to help me gain more in-depth knowledge of CSS and HTML. Exploring how to design grids and cards and tables without bootstrap and make it responsive to mobile.I also enjoyed learning to embed music and videos onto webpages to add some extra sparkle to my website.
Learning React is a journey on its own. Get to know how to apply components, difference between javaScript and JSX and including API into the project. Astonishing learning path with SheCodes.

This was a great project to work on and very challenging. I learned a better understanding on making my website responsive. Also taught me, how to embed in my website, which is powerful.

This was the most challenging project. I need to revisit it and re-do it again so I can try master it. I am thankful for the solution videos for coming through when they are needed the most. I want more people to do SheCodes course and happy coding.
