SheCodes is amazing! The videos are easy to follow, and Matt is great at teaching, however, the projects are the best way to practice the concepts with a real-life problem. While doing the final project I felt motivated to keep learning and exploring beyond the lessons.
I really enjoyed this Basics workshop series! It made the learning process so straightforward and digestible, and I appreciated that the challenges for each workshop were different applications of what Matt had run through in the video. It made you have to think about how to apply the concepts a little bit deeper, and I found it was easier to retain that way. It was really fun building the World Clock project for the Plus Add-On. It would have been cool to learn how to have a search bar that includes all time zones within the Moment library. SheCodes has basically saved my life. It has given me hope. I have been wanting to change careers into tech and due to lack of funds, I had not been able to. Having been unemployed for a long time, I have hopes that coding will open more doors for me. Also, Matt, our instructor has debugged the myth that coding is hard. I would say the Responsive workshop was probably one of my favorites because it was fun to build a website that was responsive with multiple pages. It was definitely a lot of work but I enjoyed it! However, I took the breaks when I needed to. It would get a bit overwhelming at times because of all the multiple pages but you have to stay focused and organized. As always Matt helped so much along the way and made you feel comfortable :) The end result was awesome!

The Python Advanced course was my toughest challengeโit took me almost two months, as backend isnโt my favorite. One would say that I must be feeling overwhelmed but to be honest I don't not even a little bit. I can build AI applications that are capable of meeting human needs especially with our fast-paced lives and I am confident that I can apply what I've learnt in a workplace environment because the course was well structured and was easy to follow. I really wish that there was an advanced course so that I can pursue AI more in-depth because I truly want to know more and there challenges it holds. I am grateful to shecodes ๐and our instructor Matt Delac sir.
SheCodes has been an incredible journey! I just completed one of their courses, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience.
