Everyday is a testimony, every solved code for me calls for celebration. I remember attending the first free session with Matt and I wanted to cry. I understood nothing. I was filled with fear. I recently completed the SheCodes basic coding class where I learnt HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the first time, and I have to say it was a great experience. Matt was a great instructor and the curriculum was well-structured and easy to follow.

Thanks to Matt and his team for this great opportunity. I had a lot of fun, it is great to have a challenge with most of the lectures to apply what you have learned and I loved to have actual results in the end that I can show to others. I've always been afraid of coding. Thanks to Tiktok I discovered SheCodes and took the leap of faith. Matt Delac, the instructor, is excellent at teaching the concepts of coding. I absolutely loved this course! Matt Delac's teaching style was engaging and refreshing. He uses easy-to-understand and relatable examples to explain some complicated concepts, especially in Javascript. I like how the course was structured, too. With practical exercises that I can complete independently. But also, having a deadline for each homework was helpful in preventing me from procrastinating.

I was initially skeptical about joining the SheCodes bootcamp, having tried various other coding courses in the past that were not straightforward and left me constantly filling gaps by watching YouTube videos on my own time. However, from the very start of the SheCodes degree program, Matt's explanations were clear and made the learning process much easier. I found that I barely had to use any external help, which was a refreshing change. The team were also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had general enquiries or issues with my work. Overall, I had an excellent experience with SheCodes and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into coding. The program was well-structured and easy to follow, and the support provided by the SheCodes team was second to none. I'm now much more confident in my coding abilities and excited to continue my learning journey in this exciting field.

It was a wonderful experience! A professional team that will promptly help with all questions and difficulties. But there were not many questions, as the video tutorials are very clear and visual. It's nice to see the result of creativity in the form of a working application :) I would just like to ask you to add subtitles, because with them it will be easier for foreigners to learn the material in English. Not everything can be immediately understood by ear, so you need to reduce the playback speed, which slows down the process. I really enjoy the class and was amazed by myself for being able to code basic HTML websites! Matt really simplifies the process and make it easy to understand the different elements. It can sometimes feel overwhelming on juggling my full-time job and learning an entirely new skillset but the course goes with your own pace and there's always an option to take a step back while keeping things on track!

During the SheCodes Plus Workshop I had the opportunity to build a weather app using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The experience was both challenging and fun, and I learned a lot along the way (Bootstrap, Github, API). The format of the workshop was excellent, and I enjoyed creating the weather app despite the difficulty. I found that Matt, our instructor, did an excellent job of explaining each element and function clearly, making it easy for everyone to understand JavaScript.

I never ever thought that I would be embarking on a journey to coding. I must admit it was terrifying in the beginning that I kept on postponing my start date until I gathered enough courage to 'bite' the proverbial 'bullet' and 'jump off the (coding) cliff', only to find out that I actually do enjoy it a lot! With limited experience in the world of technology, I was only surprised and delighted to discover that it was very satisfying and such a pleasure to have learned it, especially under the expert tutelage of Matthieu Delac. I would encourage women to try it out and see for themselves. I personally have discovered how engaging, challenging and very useful coding really is. Like anything, practice makes perfect, and that is up to me. Thank you SheCodes! But they were premade website templates and every change I wanted to make - like changing the font, color etc I had to search for on the internet. Matt does such an amazing job explaining everything. I could have easily finished the workshop in 3 weeks.
