This course is so interesting and funny. Many hucks, useful techniques, and information. I especially like that in practical videos, Matt can make a mistake, fix it, and say that it`s normal. I think it`s important to understand that you can fix your mistakes and that you're not the only one who can make them.
I have learnt so much in a short period of time. I feel like I can takeover the world nowπ, thanks to Matt for being such a great instructor and making sure that we all understand. I would recommend this course to all women who love technology!
It is hard to put in to words how proud I feel writing this. I knew it would be difficult and there were definitely times I didn't think I'd make it to the end, but I did! Matt and his team have set these courses up so well, if you have to take a break or need to extend your courses due to life events, you can easily do that. You receive a workbook to get you ready to get out into the industry, and this SheCodes Next project really proved how far I have come, and all the awesome potential I have ahead of me. SheCodes Plus was a bit more challenging but it was so much fun to do all the homeworks and learn so much. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher other than Matt. He's the best.
Matt has simplified everything such that you understand even if you've never coded or seen code in your life. I used to be scared and hesitant to get into tech or better yet to learn coding and now l have to be forced to leave my workspace. I just got addicted to codeπππ. As for the SheCodes team, they are eager to assist anytime of day on Slack in case you get stuck- l appreciate all your help!
It was pretty easy and straightforward plus Matt knows how to adequately explain to beginners to grasp the concept at the first trial and also not time-consuming.

Learning react is very crucial for anyone who wants to work as a front end developer and Shecode's react course is great for learning it. It was a bit challenging but I could get answer to all my problems by watching videos and doing homework again. when I started on SheCodes, I was very nervous and scared but after I started learning and doing the challenges, I became very excited about the whole process because Matt made learning fun and, easy to understand. I am positive now that this is what I was made to do.
I consider myself an Excel geek. As an accountant, I use MS Excel on a daily basis, and time and time again, I am amazed by its powerful capabilities. I recently began exploring Excel's VBA, which led me to come across an article about coding, then eventually to SheCodes. Although I know that VBA and coding are far from being similar, attending the free session hosted by Matt further fueled my interest. And now, just after a couple of weeks, I completed the basic coding program and enjoyed every bit of it. Learning coding is something I will never regret, and I wish I had embarked on it sooner. Matt goes over a lot of information quickly yet effectively! You can definitely spend way more time then the minimum of 5 hours a week. It depends on how quick you work through the challenges. I'm enjoying the courses and I'm excited for the SheCodes Plus workshop!

I decided to take on this course and it's been great. I used to do programming at my old job, however since I stopped being a software engineer. I noticed I started to slowly forget what I learnt. I took on this course to jog my memory and it helped a lot! I didn't notice how much I missed coding until I did this course. The teaching was fantastic from Matt, the videos along with the tasks to do were so fun. The SheCodes team was amazing and they made sure to answer any questions we had.

I was a little bit worried I wouldn't be able to follow (what's before absolute beginner?), but 3 weeks later I am so glad I went for it! I was immediately hooked by the workshop and looked forward to login in at the end of the day. Matt's lessons are remarkably clear and engaging, and I loved being able to immediately apply my newly acquired knowledge in the exercises. SheCodes allowed me to surprise myself and make myself proud, I had way more fun than I ever thought I would while learning how to code. It's not that complicated, after all!
Time went so quickly whilst doing this course which can only mean one thing.....I LOVED IT!!!! I have always been curious as to how websites are made so when I saw this course I jumped at the chance to do it. I began the journey, March 2023, of teaching myself HTML, CSS, JavaScript by using various platforms for guidance, but none of them gave me the structure I so needed. I felt as though I was spinning my wheels in tutorial hell, not knowing when enough was enough to proceed forward.
